| With the rapid development of China’s national economy,the number of residents’ motor vehicles is increasing.The rapid development of the automobile industry has driven the downstream industries,and the automobile sales and service industry has gradually emerged in recent years.Automobile 4S shop refers to an automobile sales enterprise integrating sales,spare parts,after-sales service and survey.Its original manual management mode makes it inefficient and urgently needs intelligent management mode.The core of automobile 4S store management system is the positioning and tracking of maintenance vehicles.In essence,it is a set of high-precision indoor positioning system.Existing indoor positioning systems often suffer from high positioning costs,unsatisfactory positioning accuracy and coverage.Bluetooth technology has been widely used in indoor positioning due to its low power consumption,low cost,and easy deployment.However,the RSSI of Bluetooth is susceptible to environmental interference,which has a great impact on the positioning accuracy.In view of this situation,this thesis proposes a multi-point trilateral positioning algorithm optimized by DBSCAN,designs and implements the positioning terminal and ibeacon base station,and finally designs an intelligent workshop management system based on Bluetooth.The main contents are as follows:Aiming at the defects of traditional Bluetooth trilateral location algorithm,such as complex intersection and vulnerable to noise,a multi-point trilateral location algorithm optimized by DBSCAN is proposed.The algorithm is based on the experimental sampling and the ranging model fitted by the least square method,introduces the Kalman filter algorithm to preprocess the RSSI,selects multiple groups of Bluetooth for multiple positioning,uses the DBSCAN algorithm to remove the outliers in the positioning point set,and finally carries out weighted average according to the distance.The algorithm effectively reduces the influence of environmental noise and improves the positioning accuracy.Based on the requirements of indoor and outdoor positioning,data reporting and long endurance of the terminal node in the positioning scene,the software and hardware of the positioning terminal and ibeacon base station node are designed and implemented.The positioning terminal is based on nrf52840 chip and equipped with power management module,LTE module and GPS module.It has the functions of indoor Bluetooth positioning,outdoor GPS positioning,lithium battery management,wireless data reporting and so on.Ibeacon Bluetooth base station can periodically broadcast Bluetooth data packets to the outside for the positioning terminal to complete Bluetooth positioning.The intelligent workshop management system based on Bluetooth is realized,which can manage and track the maintenance order process in real time,intelligently analyze the after-sales and maintenance situation,and alarm the abnormal process and low power of equipment.Finally,the system is tested in the actual scene.The test results show that the positioning accuracy of the system is 0.5886 m,which has high application value. |
