Research On The Influence Of Corporate Social Responsibility In Large-scale Construction Industry On Corporate Competitiveness

With the continuous transformation and upgrading of my country’s construction market,large-scale construction enterprises are shifting from high-speed development to high-quality development.The sound development of large-scale construction enterprises is not only related to the balanced development of the national economy,but also related to the livelihood and employment of thousands of people.In the past,large-scale construction enterprises mainly focused on interests,lacked dedication to society,and lacked awareness of environmental protection,resulting in waste of resources and high environmental remediation costs across the country.Therefore,the active fulfillment of social responsibilities by large construction enterprises is of great significance to social development.First of all,based on large-scale construction enterprises,this paper defines the concept and scope of large-scale construction enterprise social responsibility and large-scale construction enterprise competitiveness on the basis of triple bottom line theory,stakeholder theory,sustainable development theory and resource management theory.Using literature review and empirical research methods,a large-scale construction enterprise social responsibility index system is constructed from three dimensions: economic responsibility,social responsibility,and environmental responsibility.From the five dimensions of market operation,technological innovation,project management,resource management and financial operation,the competitiveness index system of large-scale construction enterprises is constructed.Secondly,based on the construction of the index system and related theories,hypotheses are proposed,and a theoretical model of the impact of corporate social responsibility in the large-scale construction industry on corporate competitiveness is constructed.The data is collected and processed in the form of questionnaires,and AMOS24.0 software is used to correct the fitting degree and path coefficient of the structural equation model.Finally,the impact model of corporate social responsibility in large-scale construction industry on corporate competitiveness is obtained.Finally,through the analysis of the model results,the key factors affecting the social responsibility of large-scale construction enterprises and the competitiveness of large-scale construction enterprises are obtained,and the assumptions of the model are verified.Environmental protection awareness has become the top priority in fulfilling corporate social responsibility;mastering corporate information technology,patent ownership and transformation,financial financing,financial status and capital appreciation capabilities are the core elements of large-scale construction enterprises in market competition;large-scale construction enterprises When enterprises fulfill their economic responsibilities,they have a significant role in promoting financial operations and technological innovation;when large-scale construction enterprises perform their social responsibilities,they can significantly promote market operations and project management;when large-scale construction enterprises perform their environmental responsibilities,Operations have a significant boost.Figure [12] table[28] reference [60]...
