| The key issue of the 2020 mid-to-long-term economic and social development strategy in China put some requirements and suggestions,such as make urbanization process consummate and push diversified development of various cities,which has lighted the way of collaborative high-quality development in city agglomeration under transformation time.Nevertheless,in Yangtze River Delta area,with the continual expansion of cities and fast economic and social trends,within the study area of the article,the differences in this area are widening and the problem of uneven development of regional cities is striking,and there is an urgency for collaborative-high-quality urban development.For evaluating the development in cities from study area,firstly taking development in cities as an anchor point.Secondly seeking the laws and factors of spatial change need take urban development quality as an anchor point,then judge this area development situation in which extent.Such research has a actually vital meaning for promoting the quality of regional development and realize the goal of synergy and its sustainability.Based on the theories of sustainability,city locality theory,the spatial econometrics and other related theories,this research builds a comprehensive evaluation index system such as economic progress,ecological environment,residents’ life,urban construction and public services and other five dimensions,which from the perspective of high-quality urban development,and measures and analyses urban quality by using the combined entropy and coefficient of variation assignment method,analysis on searching spacial data,Thiel’s index and geographical detector,etc.As shown below,for the specific research contents:（1）Depending on economic social development in cities,the meaning of quality on urban development is explained.The research builds an index system from economic progress,ecological environment,residents’ life,urban construction and public services and other five dimensions.Then the research calculates and evaluates cities’ development quality,which are located in Yangtze River Delta area.By analyzing quality on different cities during 2010 to 2019,which has used the way of objective portfolio empowerment method.The research is based on diverse weights,comprehensive average score and changing rank of quality on different cities.The conclusion found that economic progress and public services are reasons,which has caused imbalance in urban development of Yangtze River Delta area.Development situation varies from region to region,and the cities in the middle and lower reaches of the rankings change significantly,and the development of cities is always uneven.（2）Differences on 2010 to 2019 urban development space and the form of evolution are studied from quality on urban development.Based on spatial auto-correlation,Thiel’s index and convergence analysis,the research focuses on urban development space and the form of evolution in the Yangtze River Delta area from the three fields,such as spatial convergence,divergence and correlation,and it is found that the spatial association and concentration trends of regional urban growth quality are significant.Extreme urban development is not untypical.By development features of quality on urban spatial correlation.In terms of spatial correlation characteristics,the result manifests that Shanghai,Nanjing and Hangzhou present H-H aggregation,Hefei presents L-H aggregation,and northern Anhui and Jiangsu present L-L aggregation.Depending on spatial correlation and gathering changing form of quality on urban development that is gradually declined and the provincial differences begin to increase,with the inter-provincial differences gradually transforming into provincial imbalances.From the results of spatial convergence,regions do not show strict αconvergence,but using double fixed effects on different space and time,there is a trend of absolute β convergence,which has totally inclined to urban development.（3）Based on geographical detector,the research has looked for factors of differences on urban development quality.And using panel data from 2010 to 2019,which has came from urban development and each dimension score of 41 cities in urban development.There are three diverse ways in this part of the research,such as single factor detection,ecological detection and factor interaction detection.The results of the single-factor probe are that in 2010,economic growth had the greatest influence on urban development quality divergence,followed by urban building quality,and the lowest influence on ecological environment quality;in 2019,the main driving factors changed to two dimensions: economic development and residential life,and the emphasis on ecological environment quality increased.The ecological detection results show that the importance of the urban construction factor differs least from the factors of each dimension in the early stage of the study,during interim period turns to factors of public service,and in the interim late period finally become factors of economic development,but the explanatory power of the variance of each factor differs more at the end,representing an increase in the degree of spatial variance of urban development quality.The interaction results show that the impact of both factor interactions is greater than the impact of a single factor on urban development quality,with economic development quality and urban construction speed having the greatest impact in the early period,while the economic development and public service interactions have the highest level of determining power on the spatial heterogeneity of urban development quality in the middle and late periods.According to the findings of the study,recommendations are given to: in the northern Yangtze River Delta area,government should increase the support of urban development resources,building the meaning of gathering development,which has promoted high-quality development in metropolitan regions.Besides,it is also important on pushing technological innovation in biggest cities,strengthening investment on advances in science and education,raising the level of human capital in cities with lower development quality,and provide a good background for creativity and entrepreneurship,intensify integrated construction in infrastructure projects in Yangtze River Delta area,promote regions develop together in public service.In addition,the government should build mechanical development of ecological condition in such area,which can achieve collaborative environment governance and protection in ecological condition.Figure [7] table [12] reference [60]... |
