| In recent years,with the improvement of productivity,China’s economic level and people’s quality of life are also improving,especially after the reform and opening up,the pace of urbanization steadily forward.On the one hand,the rapid development of cities shows the good trend of China’s society and economy,but on the other hand,the expansion of urban area also means the demand for more resources.Although China has a vast territory,the land available for development in urban areas is limited.In recent years,above-ground commercial space has shown a trend of saturation,and sustainable development strategy has put forward higher requirements for rational urban planning.Therefore,the development of underground commercial space has become inevitable under the current situation of increasing population.At present,there have been some achievements in theoretical research and practical projects of underground commercial space development,but it is still in the preliminary stage of exploration,especially in the aspect of space quality,there is much to be explored,and many people’s impression of underground space is still accompanied by traditional prejudice.The development of urban commercial underground space in China is late.With the continuous improvement of people’s aesthetic and psychological needs,commercial space is carrying more and more functions and attributes,and the previous stereotypical commercial space image is no longer competitive.How to improve the environmental quality of underground commercial space,gradually eliminate people’s inherent impression,and bring customers comfortable and humanized underground space shopping experience has become an important issue to be solved urgently.This paper takes the interactive landscape of urban underground commercial space as the research object,and the interactive landscape that meets the needs of commercial space population as the research objective.Firstly,the research background,research purpose and significance are explained,the research status at home and abroad is described,and the research content and methods are clarified.And then do the basic research,the landscape of underground commercial space of related concept is defined,from different parts of the underground space landscape characteristics,and analyzes the domestic and foreign outstanding case underground space landscape,and combined with the present situation of underground commercial space landscape induces the current existing problems: one,underground entrances landscape is unreasonable,there is no appeal to customers;Second,the lack of internal landscape in the commercial space and the lack of commercial vitality make the originally dull underground space more depressed;The third,Insufficient consideration of landscape interaction,insufficient consideration of customers’ psychological and internal needs,and failure to provide customers with comfortable and convenient space experience.After studying and analyzing the relevant theories of interactive landscape design of underground commercial space,the interactive landscape design strategies are proposed from four aspects: space organization design,space environment design,underground entrance design and guiding system design.Finally,the paper applies the proposed design strategy to the underground landscape design and reconstruction of Hangzhou Xintiandi.Combined with the current situation of the project,it makes a targeted landscape reconstruction scheme for the entrance and exit landscape,atrium space,indoor landscape,public facilities and other parts of the underground commercial part,hoping to improve the surrounding environment.Enhance the practical value of Hangzhou Xintiandi underground commercial space and promote the establishment of a good city image. |
