| China is a great manufacturing country,it bulited amount surplus electricity and waste heat during producing in industry department,processing products in the process.Using and recycling heat tremendously enhance the use rate of electricity so that reduce the energy consumption.The mobile phase change latent heat storage units can offset time,place and strength problem which is making efforts to heat recovery and then thoroughly changing the method of traditional heating method.Due to the heat conductivity of PCM is very small,it effects the latent heat transfer system to apply.This article design fins for improving heat transfer rate and breaking the limit of heat storage,using ICEM CFD software to build geometry,dividing mesh,finishing the dependent of grid and the reliability verification.The Solidification/Melting model in Fluent was used for melting simulation,and the results were post processed by CFDPost.The total melting time,the rate of liquid phase change fraction,the cloud diagram of temperature and liquid fraction,the maximum melting speed of phase change material,the temperature and the uniformity of liquid volume fraction were gotten in the energy storage device with fins.The accuracy of simulation results was verified by experimental comparison.Research and analyse the state changing of PCM which used RT56 after adding fins.This demonstrates that the melting rate of the phase change material in the energy storage device is significantly increased by adding fins.The melting progress is along with the shape of fin,then shaping the natural convection effects which help to reduce the time about upper PCM melting.17 kinds of fin shapes were studied,including fin shape,length,width and angle.It shows that the Y-fin is arranged at the lower part of the energy storage device,and the length of the branch fin changes from short to long from the inner tube to the outer tube,changing the length and angle of the fin instead of changing the width of the fin.The melting of the phase change material at the bottom of the accumulation unit occupies a very important position in the melting of the whole accumulation unit.Comparing the same fin shapes,the fin enhanced heat transfer effect with natural convection is significantly higher than that in the system with only thermal conductivity.According to the base design and numerical simulate in mobile energy storage system,estimated the cost and revenue about mobile heat recovery system was implemented in Qingdao thermal power Plant,that suggests,Low-cost mobile energy storage is the best way to heat small coal-fired boilers. |
