Study On The Planning And Design Of The Central Business District Park Based On Regional Culture ——Take Weifang CBD Centralpark As An Example

In the new era of economic and cultural integration,with the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people,the cultural accumulation,cultural atmosphere and cultural cultivation of the working people in a specific region have gradually become an important soft environment for the economic and social development of the region.The concept of central business district has been applied late in China.It is mostly a high-density and intensive planning area that drives urban economic growth.It lacks context connection with the old urban area and the original culture of the planned land.At the beginning of planning,China’s central business district often delimits a large area of park green space to meet the functions of the central business district,such as improving ecology,beautifying the environment,leisure and cultural exchange,and shoulder the role of urban image and cultural output.Due to the particularity and regularity of the park’s geographical location,on the basis of previous academic research and reference to relevant policy documents,such parks that are located in the core of the CBD and have a greater radiation effect on the surrounding areas are hereinafter referred to as CBD parks.The existing central business district parks in China are influenced by the development of modern landscape during planning,with obvious convergence of landscape,lack of urban cultural characteristics,and lack of cultural theme and locality in park design;The combination of existing landscape facilities and modern landscape technology is insufficient,and the foresight is not strong.Previous studies on CBD parks mostly focused on plant configuration,ecological improvement,landscape environmental behavior and other related directions,while there were few studies on the combination of regional culture and CBD parks.If the regional culture is reasonably combined with the park planning theme of the CBD,and the scientific and technological means and management system are properly integrated,it will play a better role in showing the city style,reflecting the characteristics of the CBD,meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of users and promoting the economic globalization of the CBD.This thesis makes a special study on the Central Business District Park Based on regional culture,summarizes the research progress and related concepts of the central business district park at home and abroad,and determines three research methods: literature review,case study and questionnaire survey.The park landscape of Jinan CBD,Sanlihe Park of Jiaozhou CBD,Tianfu Park of Chengdu CBD and Nantong CBD,as well as four typical CBD parks with regional culture related design content in China,are selected for investigation,analysis and summary.Two typical foreign cases with a long history,birrarung Marr Park in Australia and Millennium Park in Chicago in the United States,are selected for reference.The study found that in addition to the basic regional cultural expression methods,the organic combination of modern scientific and technological means and traditional regional cultural elements is the general trend of the development of cultural landscape in the future,and it is also a good means to carry forward and inherit regional culture in the central business district park.By combing the design principles and regional cultural expression forms of the central business district park design based on regional culture,this thesis summarizes the regional cultural reference strategies suitable for the Central Business District Park,which are respectively the four strategies of regional cultural scene reproduction,cultural feature element abstraction,metaphor and symbol,and regional cultural branding development.By subdividing the reference strategy,identifying the content positioning,and refining the regional cultural theme,It also analyzes six design carriers suitable for the Central Business District Park: plant configuration,characteristic architectural design,cultural landscape sketch,characteristic identification system,lighting design and waterscape pavement.On this basis,by combing the expression forms of Weifang regional culture,using the questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the selection of Weifang regional culture theme content,we formulate the regional culture reference strategy suitable for Weifang CBD park.Combined with the quotation strategy of Weifang’s main regional cultural characteristics,the theory is applied to practice to complete the planning and design of Weifang CBD Central Park Based on regional culture.Based on the investigation and analysis of the general situation around the Central Park of Weifang CBD and the current situation of the base site,and on the basis of complying with the design specifications,the design concept was combed.Finally,the design theme was "sharing music with the kite,painting water corridor",the spatial layout form of "two axes,six scenes,one ring and seven areas" was adopted,and the design and story line was "Chang’e running to the moon".The Dream Lake running to the moon,the Yuanyuan summer,the bright autumn reading the moon,the string moon reflecting the water,the centennial development The six main scenes of the thesis-cut dream shadow make use of traditional design carriers such as plant configuration and regional cultural landscape sketch,as well as scientific and technological methods such as theme light show,interactive projection lamp and smart garden system to increase the scientific and cultural concentration of the park in the central business district and fully carry forward the regional culture.The research results of this thesis are summarized and prospected.
