With the rapid development of city construction,the rigid area of urban surface has been growing,and the proportion of impermeable underwater cushion surfaces has grown,which has grievous hindered the natural infiltration of rainwater and forms fairly strong surface runoff on the road,resulting in the imbalance of urban hydrological cycle,resulting in a series of rainwater problems,such as road ponding,runoff pollution,runoff wandering fee,a significant increase in the total amount and peak flow of urban runoff,and a decrease in groundwater recharge.In solving the matter of rainwater,the effective management of urban rainwater through LID measures has become the constantly development trend of ecological construction of the city.With its unique forest landscape,stable green ecological environment and diversified functions of the forest,the forest park not only provides a good and comfortable habitat for animals,but also brings green vitality and vitality to urban residents.It is a precious green ocean in the city.As a park green space in the city,combined with lid measures,the forest green space is added with the function of sponge regulating rainwater resources to achieve multiple effects such as ecology,beauty and economy.Let the forest park not only become a green destination for urban residents to get close to and return to nature,but also become a green barrier for cities to protect the ecological environment.In the first place,conducts in-depth research on the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of LID and forest parks,and at the same time conducts in-depth analysis of relevant and excellent relevant cases at home and abroad to demonstrate the feasibility of LID technology application in forest parks.Then,a field survey is conducted on some parks in Jinan that use lid technical measures.Through the above academic analysis and case experience research,it is contained that the planning programming of forest parks built on the LID concept should meet the design goals of LID design goals of controlling the total amount of runoff,weakening runoff pollution,and recycling of rainwater,and the design goals of forest parks for environmental education,leisure and recreation,and aesthetic appreciation,and on this basis,the three principles of source control,local conditions and ecology are proposed,The five main strategies for the study of forest park planning and design based on the LID concept are: strengthening source control,delaying impact loads,using earth balance,creating spongy terrain,protecting the forest landscape,respecting regional resources,systematising rainwater treatment,realising resourceful use,visualising rainwater facilities and improving science functions.It also summarises and analyses the design points for forest park elements such as terrain,roads,water bodies,plants and buildings.Based on the above research,Jinan Yellow River Forest Park finally used as a practical project,and under the guidance of the forest park planning and design strategy based on the LID concept,the study of the current situation was carried out and the project plan was developed,and the stormwater control objectives of Jinan Yellow River Forest Park were set in accordance with the overarching plan of Jinan City,The relevant requirements of the indicators and characteristics of the forest park,and the reasonable planning and deployment of LID measures to achieve the control of stormwater runoff from the source,the middle LID measures are designed to control the stormwater runoff from the source to the end,improve the conservative use of stormwater,and build a good forest landscape system.The technical LID measures are combined with the function and design of the forest landscape to achieve a dual functional and aesthetic effect.In this thesis,we investigate the planning and design of LID stormwater management in forest parks with the aim to create a functional composite forest park with multiple benefits,to develop an efficient stormwater management system in forest parks and to make recommendations for the planning and design of forest parks based on the LID concept.
