Study On The Overall Planning Of Forest Park Based On The Protection Of Drinking Water Source

With the continuous development of our society,a series of problems have emerged in our living cities,such as fast pace of life,poor air quality and heat island effect,etc.Those people begin to pay more and more attention to spiritual needs and desire to return to nature after meeting their usual material needs who living in noisy cities for a long time.However,the recreational places which including the city park,roadside green space and others playground have been far from meeting people’s spiritual needs.Forest has been loved by the public and valued by the country for its beautiful natural landscape resources,good ecological environment and unique ecological health care function under the background of social demand.As a result,the development and construction of the nature reserves represented by forest parks came into being,and their position in the national economy is increasingly prominent.Meanwhile,the protection problems of current water source are prominent,and the shortage of water is also being increasingly serious in China.However,the contradiction between the protection of water source and the development,and utilization of forest park is becoming increasingly,especially for the forest park with drinking water source.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the resources of forest parks and guide the coordinated development of similar forest parks which based on the research on the protection of drinking water sources.This paper first describes the background,significance,research progress of forest parks and drinking water sources at home and abroad,and further explains and analyzes the related concepts and basic theories.Based on the principles of drinking water source protection,the general planning theory of nature reserves and applies various basic theories.In addition,according to the requirements of the 《 National Forest Park Master Plan specification》(LY/T2005-2012),this research summarizes the main points of the master plan of the forest park based on the characteristics of the protection of the drinking water source from the aspects of its own resources and the protection of the drinking water source.Taking the provincial forest park of Jiangxi Yuanling as an example,the basic situation,the relationship between the forest park and the drinking water source,the forest landscape resources and the development conditions,the construction status and the existing problems were investigated and analyzed by using the methods of literature research,field investigation,chart analysis,case analysis and inductive summary.The guiding ideology of the overall planning of the forest park,the principles of protection and development,the distribution of the overall layout,the specific ideas of functional zoning and the planning of development strategy were proposed which based on the protection of drinking water sources.A deep thinking and specific planning on the special planning was determined under the point of view of the protection of drinking water source,and this research also trying to explore and summarize a set of forest park master planning model based on drinking water source protection.The purpose of this research is to provide some theoretical guidance for the sustainable development of forest park and drinking water source protection for the relevant departments,and also to provide reference for the planning and design of similar natural reserves with the characteristics of drinking water source protection in China.
