| The country is vigorously developing the new energy vehicle industry and electric vehicles are more and more,which makes the supporting industries for pure electric vehicles,such as repair and maintenance services,also in urgent need of vigorous development.However,with the increasing cruising range of pure electric vehicles,its power battery is getting bigger and heavier.Besides,because the power battery is located at the bottom of the car chassis,it is difficult to disassemble and assemble it.For these reasons,the equipment for disassembling and assembling the power battery is invented and it is of great significance to study the power battery lift vehicles.This article,in which the new power battery lift vehicle is taken as the research object,includes the overall design of the new power battery lift vehicles and the research on its key technologies.First of all,domestic and foreign information related to traditional lifts is collected and technical research on the power battery lift truck that has just emerged in the market is conducted,in order to determine the design scheme of the new power battery lift truck.This design scheme consists of three major parts: a consignment vehicle,a lifting mechanism,and a leveling platform.In the next step,according to the actual working conditions,the work plan of each part is determined.After that,the overall structural modeling is completed through solidworks three-dimensional software.The key components of the new power battery lift truck are analyzed and then they are judged through static analysis and kinematic analysis.Besides,the stability and safety of the overall structure are verified according to the force and speed of the structure.Moreover,The ansys finite element analysis of the components is completed and,through the results obtained,the overall structure of the new power battery lift vehicle is further optimized,which improves the stability and reliability of the equipment.The design of the hydraulic system,including the hydraulic system of the lifting mechanism and the leveling hydraulic system of the leveling platform,is completed.Then,the parameters and models of each component in the hydraulic system are determined.After that,it is drawn with the Visio software.According to the designed hydraulic system schematic diagram,by using AMESim software,the simulation analysis of the hydraulic system is conducted.In the next step,through the speed and displacement curves of the lifting hydraulic cylinder and the leveling hydraulic cylinder obtained by the simulation,the designed hydraulic system is further optimized to make it more stable and reasonable. |
