Concrete pump truck has many advantages such as the high efficiency, good pouringquality, construction program is simple,flexible, is widely used in high-rise buildings,underground buildings, bridges, road building and other construction projects As energyshortage and the sharp increase of concrete pump truck scale, concrete pump truck devices ashigh power and high energy consumption, effect of energy saving affects the economy andreliability of concrete pump truckconstruction cost and environment pollution.This paper based on the inspection of concrete pump truck hydraulic system matchingand energy-saving control technology at domestic and abroad the literature on the basis ofanalyzes the principle and construction of the hydraulic system of the pump-type,and it alsodevoted to point out the factors which affecting the pump truck fuel consumption.Diesel truckwith a power source for the object, analyzes the characteristics of the diesel engine speed,speed characteristics, universal characteristic influence of factors such as fuel consumption ofconcrete pump. Based on the data of actual engine fuel consumption, and using the theory ofmotor characteristic curve, get the speed of the engine working rotation and the baseband ofthe torque (fuelconsumption economic zone).According to the working principle of the mainparts in the pumping system, we established the Cartridge valve, the main hydraulic cylinder,the system load model, the engine model,and so on。The test on three different load conditionsare simulated,which Include different conditions,the test results provide a reference pumpdesigned for pumping hydraulic system。The conclusion of the related technology research can be extended to the whole series ofconcrete pump truck,it also has great significance to construction machinery who want topromote the feature analysis of the engineering machinery hydraulic system has highertheoretical significance and practical value.
