Research On Urban Furniture Design From The Perspective Of Regional Context Transmission ——Take The Core Area Of Kunming’s Historical And Cultural City As An Example

At present,China’s urbanization construction is in a period of rapid development,and there has been a rapid improvement in the process of urbanization.The rapid development of the city has gradually revealed the disadvantages of "uniformity" and "one side of a thousand cities".At the same time,people have higher and higher demands for the quality of life,and gradually realize the importance of regional context in urban development.The design of urban furniture also needs to pay more attention to the inheritance and continuation of regional context,so as to reflect the context and personality of the city,At this moment,people put forward a new demand for the design of urban furniture.Taking the urban furniture design in the core area of Kunming historical and cultural city as an example,this paper points out the basic design principles and design strategies of Kunming urban furniture design,and looks for urban furniture rich in the regional context characteristics of Kunming,so as to improve people’s identity and sense of belonging to Kunming historical and cultural city.Based on the research of relevant literature at home and abroad,combined with field research,this paper collects the early data through the comparison and analysis of various angles.This paper studies the relationship between regional context and urban furniture and the elements combined with it.Combined with the analysis results of field investigation and Poe analysis method,this paper finds out the problems existing in the urban furniture in the core area of Kunming historical and cultural city at the present stage,selects the representative and key regional context elements,refines the cultural connotation and cultural symbols,and uses the relevant theories summarized in the previous period,Put forward the urban furniture design strategies and methods in line with the core area of Kunming historical and cultural city.After careful consideration and selection,architectural culture and folk culture are applied to the practical design of urban furniture in the core area of Kunming historical and cultural city as the key characteristics of regional context.This study has high theoretical reference significance and practical application value for the inheritance and continuation of the regional context characteristics of Kunming historical and cultural city and other regional cities.
