The market of automotive design industry has fast development since 1997 until now,however,influenced by the Covid-19 and carbon emission policies,automotive industry has seen a notable drop,along with automotive design industry facing great challenges: new employees cannot quickly get training and the company is suffering from severe staff outflow.How to improve the competitiveness of employees is an urgent problem to be solved in the automotive design industry.Automobile design companies are hunting for competitive talents,and enterprises also hope to build their own unique talent training system to enhance competitiveness.Due to limited resources,however,the training system is imperfect and the training effect is poor.How to build a scientific and applicable talent training system within automobile design enterprises,cultivate talents with novel training methods,help enterprises establish talent pool to enhance competitiveness is of particular importance.Firstly,this paper has known about the training theories at home and abroad through learning.Secondly,this paper has conducted a survey and findings on the current situation of company A,with the findings that the training system of company A has following questions(1)training demand survey cannot executive;(2)low employee participation because of traditional training methods and training time conflict between employees’ working time and training hours;(3)no suitable lecturer,no corresponding incentive and assessment mechanism for trainers,(4)no evaluation after training,and limited training budget.Then,combined with theoretical literature,this paper has following optimization methods of the training system of company A:(1)The training needs should respond with company’s strategy and business;(2)The diversification of training methods plays an important role in improving curriculum training system;(3)Training incentive and assessment mechanism should be optimized;(4)The establishment of evaluation training model can help optimize and improve the training system;It also provides guarantee measures for the optimization and implementation of the training system from the aspects of system and organization.Company A is not the only one facing talent training problem,other automobile design industries and even small and medium-sized companies have got into the same trouble.Although the optimization scheme made by a single company has limitations,it is still hoped that the optimization of the training system of company A can provide some reference to other relevant companies. |
