| The deployable characteristic parameters of folded wing are the important data basis for the design and improvement of folded wing components,and the measurement of them can make the design and improvement of the deployable device of folded wing more reasonable and rigorous.At present,there are some problems such as the wing can’t be released automatically,the measurement content is single,and the data can’t be stored.In this paper,a kind of new measuring and testing device based on STM32 microcontroller is designed with the deployable characteristic parameters of folded wing measuring and testing system as the main research object.The main work is as follows:1)According to the functional requirements and design indicators,a non-contact measurement scheme that divides the measurement domain is determined.On this basis,the hardware and software of the measurement system and the structural scheme of the test platform are designed.2)The principle of non-contact measurement is analyzed.Centering on the STM32 minimum system,the measurement module,display,storage and other modules are selected and optimized according to the functional indicators.Use Altium Designer software to complete the corresponding circuit design in modules,and realize the the hardware circuit construction.3)Realize the design of lower computer driver software and the interface design of upper computer program.C language is used to write the system timing program,measurement algorithm program and function module driver program to realize the corresponding functions and complete the data interaction between each module based on Keil5 development platform.Use VB language to complete the upper computer software design based on Visual Studio development platform.4)Complete the appearance design of the measuring instrument box,and design a kind of photoelectric sensor mounting bracket,wing mounting bracket and semi-automatic wing releasing device.Finally realize the construction of the whole measuring instrument platform.5)The overall function debugging of the designed measuring instrument is carried out,and the debugging results show that the structure of the test platform was stable,and the software and hardware modules of the system work properly which meet the design requirements.At the same time,in the follow-up test,the measured results can reach the performance index proposed in advance.This paper designs and develops a test instrument for the deployable characteristic parameters of folding wing.The device has accurate measurement results,realizes the functions of measurement,display and storage,and improves the release efficiency and stability. |
