Semi-automatic glove leak detection machine is a more advanced equipment for detecting glove air tightness at present.With the acceleration of national industrialization,glove leak detection machine will gradually replace manual leak detection.Glove leak detection machine can improve the accuracy of glove air tightness inspection,but with the emergence of national labor force structure change,industry competition,raw material price growth and other problems,enterprises are eager to reduce costs through automation and intelligent production.Research on key technology of automatic glove fitting device of glove leak detector Aims to put forward a mechanical automatic device to replace manual glove fitting process of glove leak detector,so as to meet the need of automatic production.The following work has been done:First to automatic glove machine on the device key technology is analyzed,based on the function of the automatic glove machine set and design goals,design process the automation on the gloves,puts forward the each link respectively to achieve the functional requirements and effect of innovation,innovative design for mechanical and pneumatic multiple combined set of gloves,which can realize flexible gloves moving automatically suit.Then the key technology of glove-on technology is studied.According to the experimental results,the optimal type of suction cup is determined.A kind of mechanical claw structure which can cooperate with the flat shift mechanism to complete the 4-way opening is innovatively designed.The paper innovated and designed a method of stripping gloves from the plane under the pressing plate above the sleeve to reconstruct the gap of the pressing plate.The gloves on the mechanical claw can be covered by simply moving the mechanical claw with gloves up and down.Parametric design is carried out for the planar CAM mechanism in the translation displacement technology and the lifting displacement technology,and the rotary transformation scheme of the fixed end wall panel is completed to temporarily transport gloves by manual transport technology.After that,the glove transmission technology is firstly designed on the glove machine track according to the stability requirements,and the curve of the transition stage of the track is designed and analyzed,and the elliptical arc is used to avoid the space limitation when turning.The synchronization process of installing sleeve and glove device is analyzed to ensure the synchronous movement in each direction.By establishing a combination of crank slider mechanism and arch top ring,intermittent top collision is accomplished so that the movable side wall plate can be attached to complete the task of bilateral suction cups.After the frame design is completed,a full set of automatic nesting device virtual prototype is designed with 3D software.Finally,the movement cycle diagram of glove machine is established by analyzing the movement process of glove machine.Finally,the modal analysis of the system is carried out to determine the vibration mode characteristics and natural frequency of the key device,and the statics simulation analysis of the key parts is carried out to ensure the rationality of the structure.
