In actual traffic, traffic jams often occur near taxi stopping and non signalized T-junction.In the past, most studies focused on the basic road sections and studied the influence of random and fixed taxi stopping on road traffic flow alone. In reality, the non-signalized T-junction is an important part of the urban road network, where traffic flows from multiple directions converge and evacuate, causing increasingly prominent problems of traffic congestion and vehicle delay. Therefore, based on cellular automata theory, this paper considers the traffic characteristics of urban non-signalized T-junction under the influence of taxi stopping and adds vehicle behavior rules at non-signalized T-junction to build traffic flow models.Under the conditions of different entry rates, taxi mixing ratio and taxi parking duration, the evolution law of traffic flow at non-signalized T-junction is analyzed, and the influence of different taxi stopping situations on traffic flow at non-signalized T-junction is studied. The main achievements of this paper are as follows.Evolution of traffic flow at non-signalized T-junction under the influence of two taxi stopping behaviors alone.Considering the road traffic characteristics of urban non-signalized T-junction under the separate influence of taxi random stopping and fixed stopping, traffic flow models are constructed for numerical simulation. The results show that both random and fixed stopping can induce traffic bottleneck, which has a significant impact on the traffic flow at the non-signalized T-junction.Under the same parameter conditions, the fixed stopping has a greater impact on the traffic flow at the non-signalized T-junction,and the bottleneck effect is more obvious. The average traffic flow and average vehicle speed at the non-signalized T-junction decrease with the increase of taxi mixing ratio and duration of taxi stopping. The average vehicle density under the influence of random stopping decreases with the increase of taxi mixing ratio and duration of taxi stopping, while the average vehicle density under the influence of fixed stopping increases.Evolution of traffic flow at non-signalized T-junction under the joint influence of two taxi stopping behaviors.Considering the simultaneous existence of taxi random stopping and fixed stopping,a traffic flow model of non-signalized T-junction is constructed for simulation. It is found that the random stopping, fixed stopping, random and fixed stopping at the same time have a significant impact on the traffic flow at the non-signalized T-junction.But there are differences. With the increase of taxi mixing ratio and duration of taxi stopping, the average traffic flow at the non-signalized T-junction decreases. The average traffic flow decreases the most under the joint influence of random stopping and fixed stopping, and the least in the case of random stopping. The average speed of vehicles decreases, when there are few vehicles in the road(Pin≤0.35),the average speed decreases the most under the influence of fixed stopping and the least under the influence of random stopping;when there are many vehicles in the road(Pin≤0.35),the average speed decreases the most under the joint influence of random stopping and fixed stopping, and the decrease is the least under the influence of random stopping; In the case of random stopping, the average density of vehicles decreases, while the other two situations increase. The variation range of average density in the case of fixed stopping is the largest, while the variation range of average density in the case of random stopping is the smallest.
