| With the accelerating trend of aging,the elderly have gradually become the main users of the rehabilitation training market,which has brought new opportunities and challenges to the rehabilitation training market.On the one hand,the common phenomenon of lower limb strength degradation of the elderly provides a lot of demand for the rehabilitation training market;On the other hand,how to design rehabilitation training methods and corresponding equipment that meet the needs of the elderly has become a new proposition worthy of designers’ consideration.Therefore,based on the research on rehabilitation training methods,based on the five design points of degree of freedom planning,driving mode,transmission joint,sensing technology and training mode,and focusing on the two demand characteristics of lower limb strength training and home independent training for the elderly,this paper puts forward the active and passive training scheme of autonomous control of speed,stroke and impedance,and completes the design of instrument structure interaction system combined with ergonomics.Finally,the scientific effectiveness of the instrument is verified by surface EMG signal experiment.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this topic studies and analyzes the muscle and bone structure of human lower limbs.Taking hip joint,knee joint and ankle joint as the dividing point,it summarizes the bone structure,muscle function and their physiological position of human lower limbs.Combined with gait analysis,it reveals the relationship and function between muscle activity and joint movement,and selects the muscles that play a major role in the lower limb movement of the elderly.On this basis,the muscle bone model of the elderly is established by using opensim software,and the gait simulation of the selected muscles is carried out.According to the analysis and summary of the simulation results,the rehabilitation training scheme that conforms to the law of joint movement and can exercise the selected muscles to the greatest extent is designed,and the lower limb muscle force output model of the elderly is built.The specific motion planning and impedance environment setting of the training scheme are carried out,And the sensitivity of model input parameters are further studied,which provides a guiding direction and theoretical basis for the subsequent structure and control design.Secondly,aiming at the problem that the general motor control mode is difficult to fully realize the speed,position and impedance required by the training scheme for the motor,especially the control requirements of variable impedance,a new idea of sharing the control function by using the excellent performance of the industrial computer is proposed,that is,on the basis of controlling the speed and position by using the position mode of the motor,the upper computer processes the state information fed back by the servo driver,Then send new control commands to the driver according to the processing results,and correct the operation results through the closed-loop control of the driver host computer driver,so as to make the motor output meet the expected requirements and realize variable impedance control.At the same time,based on the efficiency of the rehabilitation training scheme,focusing on the three elements of ergonomics,taking into account the safety and comfort of rehabilitation training equipment,complete the overall structure design and the simulation of key stress parts,and design an interactive system in line with the habits and aesthetics of the elderly according to the control requirements,so as to provide users with a good interactive experience.Finally,in order to verify the scientific and effective rehabilitation training scheme,based on the advantages of non-invasive,non-invasive and simple operation of s EMG signal,and the positive correlation between its signal amplitude and muscle contraction intensity,s EMG signal is selected as the standard to measure the muscle exercise of users in the process of training.On this basis,select the appropriate signal acquisition and processing equipment according to the characteristics of surface myoelectric signal,screen the collected muscles based on the measurement effect and difficulty,complete the gait experiment and rehabilitation training experiment,and verify the actual effect of the scheme by comparing the experimental results. |
