Most stroke patients develop varying degrees of dyskinesia after onset,which can lead to the loss of basic activities of daily living.In order to recover faster,they often neglect the fatigue of the muscles and carry out long-term or high-intensity rehabilitation training,which will cause some negative effects and even endanger life safety.Therefore,it is necessary to seek effective and reasonable rehabilitation treat-ment for patients to help patients recover.Traditional rehabilitation or simple medical equipment can not meet the needs of society.It is urgent to carry out real-time monito-ring of patients with intelligent assistive devices and scientifically formulate plans.In the process of exercise,some muscle fatigue can be perceived by their own discomfort,while some muscle fatigue can not be perceived.Excessive exercise with-out perception may lead to muscle strain or other body injury.Therefore,real-time monitoring of EMG is necessary.Therefore,scientific rehabilitation plan and real-time monitoring of patients' muscle status can effectively promote their muscle recovery.Through the in-depth study of EMG acquisition and processing methods,we know that surface EMG signal has the advantages of convenient and safe acquisition,and can real-time monitor and reflect muscle movement status.Through the change of EMG signal,we can know the status of our own muscles in time and make rehabilitat ion plan scientifically,which can effectively promote the recovery of their muscles.This paper summarizes the feasibility and design principles of fatigue-based upper limb rehabilitation equipment through the research of domestic and foreign upper limb rehabilitation robot system technology,combined with relevant rehabilita-tion medicine theory,rehabilitation evaluation method and motor function.The aim is to develop a low-cost,safe and reliable,convenient and practical upper limb rehabili-tation training and evaluation monitoring equipment to help patients with upper limb limb disorders to restore their daily living ability.The system detects the degree of fati-gue of the body according to EMG,and gives rehabilitation training guidance,which can avoid secondary injury to the patient's muscles,and can quickly evaluate the upp-er limb joint activity ability of the patient.This device is light and safe,and patients can complete training and evaluation independently.There is no need for one-to-one tracking training of rehabilitation therapists,which greatly reduc-es the training cost and ensures timely and healthy continuous treatment of patients.Therefore,this product has a wide range of equipment,practical needs and a good market prospect.In this paper,based on the existing sEMG signal acquisition,a wavelet packet entropy method is proposed to evaluate muscle fatigue and provide feedback,so as to make patients more safe and effective in rehabilitation training products.This paper mainly studies the following contents:(1)summarized the development status of rehabilitation training products,methods of data collection and analysis of muscle electrical signals,and systematic evaluation and detection of muscle fatigue,providing a basis for the selection of indicators in the later stage(2)sEMG pattern recognition method of upper limb movement is studied,including muscle selection,feature combination and algorithm running environment(3)Through the muscle fatigue test experiment,a method based on the combination of wavelet packet entropy energy and subjective cognitive scale of patients was pro-posed to evaluate muscle fatigue and carry out the research of detection feedback,including the division of signal data under different motion states,evaluation and verification(4)Through theoretical analysis of pre-rehabilitation medicine and physiological stru-cture,and combined with the state visualization of muscle fatigue,the relationship be-tween training action and equipment executing mechanism was deduced,the active rehabilitation movement mode was worked out,and the upper limb rehabilitation train-ing equipment was developed to realize the correct training mode with pertinence and scientificity.
