The hoisting system of physical and chemical laboratory can provide water,electricity,gas and other resources when users do experiments,and is fixed on the ceiling of the classroom.Due to the large volume and high installation position,the installation and maintenance of workers is difficult and time-consuming.Secondly,the homogenization of hoisting system in the domestic market is serious,and all enterprises urgently need to create a personalized brand image.There are also some problems in the function and interaction of the hoisting system,such as inconvenient use caused by height difference.Therefore,the optimization design of the hoisting system is carried out.This paper proposes to optimize the hoisting system through the combination of generative design and product cluster gene.The former can realize the lightweight of the hoisting system and reduce the difficulty of installation and maintenance,while the latter can retain the unique basic characteristics of the product and create a personalized brand image in the organic form generated by generative design.In addition,through the innovation of function points and interaction methods,the user experience is further optimized.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Knowledge understanding and tool determination of generative design: this research part intends to use observation and analysis,field research and literature methods to understand the relevant knowledge system of generative design,collect common generative design tools and summarize them,and finally select the tools suitable for the course environment.(2)Structure and appearance design of hoisting system: the existing problems of hoisting system are found through preliminary investigation,and the potential demand is analyzed;Collect enough samples,extract the product features,summarize and classify the extracted gene features of the same family products of the hoisting system,obtain the most critical design genes,and make the product cluster gene coding table as the condition constraints and direction guidance in shape optimization and design.(3)The combination path of generative design principle and product cluster gene design: study how to retain product cluster gene while using generative design,and analyze the principle,so as to achieve the purpose of personalized creation.(4)Application of generative design of hoisting system: split the overall structure of the target product,analyze various parts,analyze and select key and suitable parts for generative design.After the completion of generative design,the optimal structural model is selected through parameter comparison among many results.(5)Verification of generative design effect of hoisting system: master the knowledge of simulation analysis and practice the operation.Analyze the component model of generative design through the static stress simulation module provided by fusion 360 to verify the rationality and feasibility of the results.
