| With the development of science and technology information,the production process is transformed and upgraded in the direction of intelligence,digitalization and informatization,and smart manufacturing is a research boom in industrial and academic circles all over the world today.In order to meet the demand of intelligent manufacturing for production process monitoring,this paper develops a digital twinbased production measurement process monitoring system for a complex product with the combination of 3D modeling technology,Internet of Things technology and realtime data interaction technology for the problems of poor real-time,single monitoring method,untimely data interaction and information silos in traditional monitoring.This paper designs and implements a digital twin-based production measurement process monitoring prototype system through the study of virtual modeling of a complex product production measurement process and process data collection and interaction.The main research elements of this paper are as follows.(1)Production measurement process digital twin system construction.Production measurement process digital twin system construction.The development requirements and difficulties of the current production measurement process monitoring system are proposed for the field situation;the existing digital twin theoretical model architecture is analyzed,the automated production measurement process digital twin system architecture is proposed and the connection between the various levels is explained;the virtual model of physical entities is constructed in the information space using multidisciplinary software,and the model is lightly processed and geometrically transformed property binding is performed;finally,the prototype system of a complex product production measurement process monitoring is built.Finally,a virtual test platform for monitoring the production measurement process of a complex product is built to provide a virtual model for the subsequent implementation of the production measurement process monitoring system.(2)Multi-source heterogeneous twin data acquisition and interaction.For the field equipment multiple protocols for twin data demand analysis,for a complex product production measurement process applied a unified protocol data transfer method based on industrial Ethernet;based on the TCP/IP protocol family to collect equipment data,develop a database and persistent storage of some data;finally established a virtual model of the production measurement process information space to the physical space entities of the real-time mapping logic structure.The iterative update of the virtual model in the information space is driven based on twin data,which provides data support for the subsequent development of a prototype system for production measurement process monitoring with digital twin.(3)Production measurement process monitoring prototype system implementation.In response to the individual requirements of the demand unit,the technical framework and implementation process of the monitoring prototype system are proposed for the automated production measurement process of a complex product;the functional modules of the production measurement process monitoring system are designed and the system integration is realized;finally,the feasibility of the technology developed in this paper is demonstrated and verified in the actual scenario of the demand company. |
