With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of automation technology,the demand for electricity in various industries and daily consumption is increasing.The peak load of the power system continues to increase,the load peak-to-valley gap continues to expand,and the problem of power grid supply and demand imbalance is becoming increasingly prominent..At the same time,the high proportion of distributed energy access in the future will also have a huge impact on the grid,and the electrical energy has not yet reached the technical requirements for large-scale storage.It is particularly important to ensure the instantaneous balance of supply and demand during grid operation through regulation strategies.In this context,The participation of distributed flexible loads in grid regulation strategy research is of great significance.This paper focuses on the joint participation of heat pump load and distributed energy storage system in the optimal operation of system peak shaving.The heat pump load and distributed energy storage system exhibit different characteristics in participating in the operation of the power grid.The characteristics of intermittent and decentralized nature bring great challenges to the stability of participating in the operation of the power grid.Therefore,firstly,the characteristics of the heat pump are analyzed,and the characteristics of different types of heat pumps and the scope of application are compared,and the most typical ground source heat pump among the heat pumps is selected.Research is carried out.Based on the equivalent thermal parameter model of the single heat pump load,the cluster output model of the heat pump load is established,the output curve characteristics after the simulation are analyzed,and the feasibility of the heat pump load participating in the power grid load control is determined.Secondly,the charging and discharging mode of the distributed energy storage system has a great influence on its own capacity state and charging and discharging ability.This article uses the classification and basic characteristics of energy storage technology,main types and grid connection methods,and several typical application modes.Introduce the aspects,based on the mathematical model of the distributed energy storage system,make model adjustments,establish a balanced distributed energy storage system aggregation model,and compare the state and power distribution under two different modes of balanced charge and discharge and proportional charge and discharge.It proves that the balanced discharge mode is more reasonable in actual energy storage charging and discharging.At the same time,the feasibility of balanced charging and discharging under the extremely small strong connection mode is considered to prove the economics of the method.Finally,a detailed study of the distributed energy storage system and heat pump load joint optimization to participate in the peak shaving operation of the power grid is carried out.Based on the distributed energy storage system and heat pump load joint dispatch framework and a third-party load aggregator,the distributed energy storage system is established Aggregate operation model and joint optimization potential evaluation model,and through improved adaptive genetic algorithm,adjust the crossover and mutation probability,improve the accuracy of the algorithm,solve the model,compare the analysis of the simulation results,and analyze the load of the connected heat pump in different periods The regulation scheme of joint participation in peak shaving operation with the distributed energy storage system is superior to the peak shaving effect of traditional thermal power units,and has obvious advantages in improving the peak shaving capacity of the entire system and the improvement of the peak-to-valley difference formed.At the same time,it can also solve the problem of abandonment of wind,realize the abandonment of wind power,meet the demand for peak shaving operation of the power system,and alleviate system operation pressure.
