With the rapid development of society and the continuous rise of super high-rise buildings,the elevator,as a popular fixed lifting equipment,has become an indispensable part of high-rise buildings in modern cities.Its energy consumption has also been widely concerned.However,the traditional synchronous motor has the disadvantages of low transportation efficiency,long waiting time,large floor area and limited lifting height,and its excitation mode requires additional excitation winding,slip ring and brush,which not only increases the motor volume,but also greatly increases the operation loss of the motor and reduces the efficiency.The permanent magnet synchronous motor eliminates the unique structure of the excitation winding,and also greatly improves the efficiency of the motor,which is more efficient and energy-saving.Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the characteristics of high power efficiency and power factor,small volume and high operation efficiency.For the surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor with high power density,the motor temperature must be considered.If the motor temperature is too high,it will demagnetize the permanent magnet in the motor or damage the winding insulation,resulting in short circuit.The permanent magnet material in the motor itself is also sensitive to temperature.With the increase of temperature,its coercivity will decrease relatively,and the no-load back EMF of the motor will also decrease,resulting in the reduction of motor output torque.Therefore,analyzing the temperature field characteristics of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor for elevator will help to improve the reliability and economy of motor operation,so as to ensure the efficient use of elevator.This potic takes the surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor for elevator as the research object.Firstly,the design parameters of the motor are determined according to the actual application scenario and application requirements.Then the rmxprt module of ANSYS Workbench software is used to complete the preliminary design of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Secondly,the finite element simulation software ANSYS electronics desktop is used to establish the model of surface mounted permanent magnet motor under normal conditions.Through transient field analysis,the total loss of the motor under normal operation is calculated,including stator and rotor core loss,permanent magnet eddy current loss and stator winding copper loss.The permanent magnet torque of the motor under transient condition is obtained through simulation to verify the rationality and correctness of the design of the motor.Finally,the steady state thermal and transient thermal modules of ANSYS Workbench software are used to analyze the temperature field of each part of the motor,and the data of temperature field distribution are obtained,so as to put forward an appropriate scheme for the heat dissipation of the motor.The conclusion is helpful to improve the reliability and economy of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor for elevator.
