After China’s reform and opening up,urbanization has developed rapidly,and a large number of residents have concentrated in the city and formed a high-density residential area.As people’s demands for quality of life continue to increase,community security is one of the important considerations,so the security system of the community is the focus of China’s current residential network development.GLXSS ME developed by LLVISION is an advanced representative among them.Security personnel can recognize the user’s face information through glasses and determine the information of the people in the community.Applying technology to the entire service system requires the support of service design theory.The author only participated in the design work with this service,only to have this research.This research takes Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other residential communities as the main research objects and uses service design theory and technology acceptance model as the starting point.The main content of this study is(1)Investigation of service quality of community security system.We conduct a comprehensive evaluation of service quality through qualitative and quantitative research,user in-depth interview method,user observation method,and questionnaire survey method.Based on the survey results,guide the optimization of service design.(2)As a new technology application,smart glasses need to be accepted by users to be popularized.This paper also uses the technology acceptance model(TAM)to construct a face recognition technology acceptance model.The accuracy of the model is verified through questionnaire surveys and regression equations,and finally we obtain the research results through the model.The results show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are the main determinants of facial recognition technology,and risk expectations have a negative impact on usage intentions.(3)Optimization of service design of security system in residential quarters.Define and output the current problems and user needs of the security system.Show optimization plans through service blueprints,interactive prototypes,etc.The purpose of this study is to apply smart glasses products to the service system by studying the service process of the security system of the residential community.At the same time optimize the service plan,improve service efficiency,meet the needs of users,and ultimately achieve the purpose of enhancing the living experience.
