Research On The Development Strategy Of Small Towns In Bijie,Guizhou Province Based On The Guidance Of Characteristic Resources

With the implementation of the new urbanization policy,the level of urbanization in China has been rapidly improved,and at present,the construction and development of small towns has become a hot spot in domestic research.Due to the vast land area of China,the development level of small towns in different provinces and regions is not the same,and bijie City is affected by complex mountainous landforms and special ecological environments,and the overall development level of small towns is far behind that of the plains.In order to improve the development level of small towns in Bijie City and create a distinctive and differentiated sustainable development path,this thesis conducts research and analysis on the development strategies of small towns in Bijie City based on characteristic resources.The article is divided into five chapters,of which: Chapter 1 identifies the research background and research methodology;The second chapter selects three theories suitable for the development of small towns in Bijie City for analysis,namely resource endowment theory,unbalanced development theory and sustainable development theory,and then summarizes the research on small towns at home and abroad,laying a foundation for subsequent strategic research;The third chapter uses the Arcgis software analysis method to analyze the basic characteristics of small towns in Bijie City from five aspects: topography,landform,traffic distribution,population density,GDP density and nighttime lighting index,and then summarizes the five major problems in the development of Bijie City through field research and analysis,namely,public service egalitarianism,extensive utilization of resource endowments,poor transportation links,lagging planning and construction management,and independent development ideas;The fourth chapter integrates the characteristic resources of small towns in Bijie City,and secondly draws on four typical cases of the six industrializations of Japanese agriculture,the Yunnan Central Yunnan Industrial New Zone,the Zhijin Development Zone,and the Songzhuang Town of Beijing,providing case support for the development of small towns in Bijie City;The fifth chapter puts a differentiated development strategy for the classification of towns and cities,a distinctive development strategy for the industrial system of towns and cities,and a coordinated development strategy for the overall region.
