Research On Space Development Planning Of Heilongjiang Province In The Cold Ecological Resources Of Small Towns

Heilongjiang Province is rich in ecological resources,ecological industry and the development of small towns can tap great potential,but also on the construction and development of small towns have an important impact.Under the policy and background of the national ‘12th Five-Year Plan' long-term planning and promoting the pace of small urbanization construction,how to improve the ecological construction and low-carbon energy saving development of eco-resource-based small towns in the cold region of Heilongjiang Province.As well as the cold region small town ecological industry development is the important and arduous topic,for the cold region social and economic development plays a decisive role.For a long time,under the influence of the idea of ‘production first,life later',there are many problems in the development of eco-resource-based small towns in the cold region of China.If the land planning is unreasonable,the utilization rate of resources is too low,the environmental pollution is serious,the infrastructure lags behind,and the environmental supervision is not effective,this will directly lead to the irrational industrial structure and the imbalance of the proportion of urban land use,etc.So as to restrict the development and construction of small towns.This research takes the ecological resource-based small towns in the cold region as the research object,combing,summarizing and analyzing the relevant research on the spatial development,and starting with the current situation and the existing key problems of the spatial development of the eco-resource-based small towns in the cold region of Heilongjiang Province.On this basis,the research establishes the cold region ecological resource-based small towns in Heilongjiang Province,spatial development strategies.From spatial development planning,resource and ecological planning,spatial construction implementation steps and spatial planning supporting technology of eco-resource-based small towns in cold region,we deeply excavate the spatial structure relation of ecological resource type small town and the function effect of ecological resource utilization.So as to effectively promote the cold ecological resource-based small town space planning research methods innovation,improve the cold region planning theory and explore urban development and construction of low-carbon strategy.The study of this research has significance for the development of eco-resource-based small towns in the cold region,provides an ecological construction model for its development,and promotes the urban spatial organization and coordination,as well as the planning and construction of eco-resource-based small towns in the cold region.Based on the background analysis,problem orientation and solution,this research studies the whole rationality of the spatial structure of eco-resource-based small towns in cold region,and clarifies the tools and means of ecological planning in cold region.This study has references to realize the sustainable development of the eco-resource-based small town space in the cold region.
