| With the development of society,distributed power sources like wind power and photovoltaic power generation have occupied an important position in the new energy market.It is clean,renewable,and has low cost and convenient power generation advantages.However,the randomness of new energy plants usually cause voltage fluctuations at the grid connection point and bring voltage overruns.In addition,the volatility of distributed power output will let the traditional substation and electric field reactive power adjustment devices frequently operating and adjusting repeatedly.It will easily affect the normal operation of the power grid and equipment.In order to improve the distributed reactive voltage regulation method of the grid,the new energy reactive voltage automatic regulation(AVC)technology came out.Through real-time monitoring of the voltage and reactive power of the new energy power plant,it can adjust the new energy power plant instantly keeping the reactive voltage of the new energy power plant in the optimal state all the time,when the system determines that the voltage or reactive power exceeds the limit.This article revised the technical framework of the new energy AVC in Shaoguan area at first.It defined the adjustment objects of the new energy AVC in Shaoguan area,including photovoltaic inverters,wind turbines,and reactive power adjustment equipment.When AVC needs to be adjusted,photovoltaic inverters or wind turbines are preferred to use.It can maximize the consumption of new energy.Secondly,it formulated the AVC action strategy in detail.By modeling the new energy power station on the main station side and setting the curve,it can control and monitor the new energy power plant.Finally,this article also completed the system construction of the new energy AVC sub-station through remote technical guidance.It conducted joint debugging between the Shaoguan New Energy AVC main station and the plant AVC to confirm that the signal communication between the systems is normal.By further observation of power plant operation,analysis of the effect of new energy power plants under the application of AVC control technology.Through the closed loop operation practice of Shaoguan new energy plant and station,it shows that the specific application of new energy AVC control technology in Shaoguan area applies well in the power generation stage.It can achieve the maximum consumption of new energy while maintaining voltage and reactive power.However,the AVC adjustment effect of the new energy AVC control technology has certain defects in the transition stage of the new energy power plant while no-generating electricity or switching time.It cannot effectively control the power factor of the power plant,and the new energy AVC control Technology has a very large impact on reactive power,which will cause violent fluctuations in reactive power.In response to this problem,this article also proposes a detailed solution.With the continuous application and optimization of AVC control technology in Shaoguan,it is bound to promote the sustainable development of the power industry. |
