Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Great Wall Motor Based On Factor Analysis

As the mainstay of China’s real economy,automobile manufacturing industry occupies an important position in the development process of China’s real economy.The auto industry has been growing steadily in the past decade.In 2009,China became the largest market for auto consumption,and its sales exceeded that of the United States for the first time.With the slowing down of China’s economic development,the development of the automobile industry has also slowed down,and the oil vehicle market has become saturated.From the point of view of sales terminals,the market competition is more intense,and the competition among manufacturers has changed from common development to the division of the remaining market.This paper selects the financial data of CC Motor from 2014 to 2019 for factor analysis,and then evaluates the financial performance of CC Motor.At the same time,it compares with other enterprises in the same industry to find out the existing problems of CC Motor and put forward relevant suggestions,so as to improve its financial performance.In this paper,CC Motor as the research object,the use of factor analysis on the CC Motor’s financial performance for a more in-depth analysis.This paper is divided into seven parts.In the first part,the research background is firstly described,followed by the purpose and significance of the research.Then,relevant literature at home and abroad is read to study the financial indicators,the factors that affect the financial indicators and the methods of analyzing financial performance.The second part elaborates the related concepts of financial performance and introduces the relevant theories applied in this paper.The third part introduces the general situation of CC Motor Company and analyzes the automobile industry.The fourth part describes the implementation of the factor analysis method,and the CC Motor’s financial performance in the industry horizontal comparison and its own vertical comparison,ranking and score.In the fifth part,based on the score ranking of CC Motor in the fourth part,the problems in the financial performance of CC Motor are found out and the reasons are analyzed.On the basis of the fifth part,the sixth part puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the financial performance of CC Motor.The seventh part summarizes the process of using factor analysis method to analyze the financial performance of CC Motor and the existing deficiencies.
