Analysis Of Corporate Financial Performance Under The Financial Sharing Mode

With the rapid development of information technology in China,more and more enterprises are facing the challenges of economic globalization and the innovation and progress of management concepts.Large enterprises begin to build financial sharing service centers and transform to the innovation of financial management mode.The use of effective financial management mode can help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency to achieve financial transformation.Under the new normal of economy,the business model and management model of construction industry are undergoing earth-shaking changes,and the desire for transformation is very strong.At present,construction enterprises urgently need to improve their financial management level through reform and transformation in order to enhance international competitiveness.Therefore,financial sharing mode has become the common choice of most large construction enterprises in the future.However,the research background of this paper is how much impact the application of financial sharing mode has on the financial performance of enterprises,and how enterprises can better apply the financial sharing mode to promote the improvement of financial performance.This paper takes the financial performance of Gold Mantis from 2012 to 2020 as the research object,and analyzes its changes before and after the application of financial sharing mode.Through the field investigation and data sorting of gold Mantis Financial Sharing Service Center,the relevant information of the paper is collected.After a comprehensive review of the theoretical researches based on financial sharing and financial performance by domestic and foreign scholars,based on the theoretical researches related to financial sharing service and financial performance,this paper explores the implementation status of golden Mantis financial sharing service and the influence mechanism of financial sharing on financial performance.In view of this,this paper adopts two case study methods of financial index analysis and factor analysis to conduct a deeper quantitative analysis of the impact of gold Mantis financial sharing mode on financial performance,and analyzes the changes of financial performance before and after the application of Gold Mantis financial sharing mode from vertical and horizontal perspectives respectively.Through the financial performance analysis,the results show that the financial performance of the enterprise has not been significantly improved after the application of the financial sharing mode by Gold Mantis.On this basis,this paper analyzes the reasons for the insignificant improvement of financial performance under the golden Mantis financial shared service model and puts forward targeted suggestions for the existing problems: First,clear performance management goals.Secondly,optimize the company’s financial workflow.Finally,improve the construction of information platform.Through the research of this paper,it is expected to promote the financial sharing center of Gold Mantis Company to continuously improve its core competitiveness,help the company to better choose the financial management mode,and then promote the company to achieve its development goals quickly.At the same time,it provides some references for other enterprises in the same industry in the management of financial sharing center,and ultimately promotes the benign development of financial sharing service mode in the industry.
