Firstly, In order to explain the harm of the flies’activities, we study on the change of the respiratory rate, Heart Rate cytokines, production performance of the cow. Secondly, establishment of animal model with psychological stress of angerThe results show:The first part of the experiment studied the variation of the species and number of the flies, and the variation of the flies of a day in prevelence. XuRi pasture and longsheng pasture were selected as the experiment place on Inner Mongolia. The results show: In different climate area, there were house fly, stable fly, flesh fly, Anthomyiidae, Hypoderma bovis and other Diptera in the pasture. But one activity is a greater density of house fly and stable fly.The number of the house flies peaked in June August and the stable flies peaked in September. The flies activitied from 8:00 to 17:00 in a day in the prevalence. The second part of the experiment study on the Flies activities influence on the respiratory rate, Heart Rate .From 2009 April to October , longsheng pasture were selected as the experiment place, in which there were a thousand of beef cattles. we selected six beef cattles which were in the same Body condition to be the experiment animals. They classified normal group and control group, and pesticidesput into use the control group, it in order to avoid the bites of Flies. The results show:In the numerical determination at 7:30,in August the respiratory rate reach 31.6±1.13times/min,significantly higher than the other months (P < 0.05). In the numerical determination at 16:00, in September the respiratory rate reach 57.7±10.68 times/min, significantly higher than the other months (P < 0.05). In August , the house flies has increased dramatically, so the respiratory rate of the normal group was 41.02±9.24times/min,but the respiratory rate of the control group is 35.1±4.13 times/min, significantly increased 5.92 times/min. In September, the stable flies have increased dramatically, because of the Flies activities, the respiratory rate changed volatile. the average respiratory rate of the normal group was 55.43±11.7 times/min,but the control group’s only reach 36.8±5.5 times/min. significantly increased 18.63 times/min.The way of The experimental animals response insect stress is tachycardia .In September, the stables has increased dramatically, so the average heart rate of cattle reach 106.9±26.30 BPM, the highest rate can reach 220.2 BPM, significantly higher than any other month. 88.4±9.97bpm, In August , the house flies has increased dramatically, so the average heart rate of the normal group was 100.4±7.83bpm,but the average heart rate of the control group is 88.4±9.97bpm, significantly increased 12.0 BPM (P < 0.05).In September, the stable flies have increased dramatically, because of the Flies activities, the Heart rate change volatile. the average heart rate of the normal group was 106.9±26.30bpm,but the control group‵s only reach 85.7±11.03bpm. significantly increased 21.2bpm(P<0.05)。The third part of the experiment study on the Flies activities influence on cytokines. XuRi ranch was selected as the experiment place on Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. Nine health cows were selected for the study from 300 lactating Holstein cows. the content of IL-1βof Sep was significantly higher than that of May (P <0.05); IL-2 were not significantly different among experimental month (P> 0.05). IL-6 of September were significantly higher than that October and May (P <0.05).The contents of IL-8 in the serum of the dairy of September were the highest and significantly higher than that of the experimental month except August (P <0.05). TNF-αof September were significantly higher than that of the other experimental month (P <0.05).The fourth part of the experiment study on the Flies activities influence on production performance. The milk samples were collected in the end of each experiment, the conclusion show that due to the harassment of the stable fly on September the average milk production, milkfat decreased significantly (P <0.05), meanwhile the number of somatic cells in milk was significantly increased (P <0.05).because of the pesticides, it made the control group avoid the flies bit, so Slaughter rate and Marbling grading area of the control group control significantly higher than the normal. (P<0.05). The daily gain weight and the carcass the difference was not significant (P > 0.05).The fourth part of the experiment study on the establishment of animal model with psychological stress of anger. The results show: the Insects stimulation can cause the rat aggression, excitability, sensitivity enhancement, inquiry activity increased, the number of rats modified obviously lower than normal control group. The contents of the CS、CRH、ACTH、NE、EPI in the serum of the control group were not significantly higher than the normal group‵ s(P>0.05). The contents of IL-1and IL-8 in the serum of the control group were significantly higher than the normal group‵s(P<0.05)The contents of the IL-2、IL-6、TNF in the serum of the control group were not significantly higher than the normal group‵s (P>0.05). | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Flies activities, Respiratory rate, Heart Rate cytokines, Production performance, Animal model with psychological stress of anger | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
