By establishing three kinds of weight trainings for 9 weeks, this article mainly studies Yili horses which were 3 years old from Zhaosu Stud, and then analysesthe effect of blood gas indexes and sport performance, heart rate, respiratory rate of the training phase for Yili horse. As a result, a reference and guidance for the daily endurance training of Yili horse can be provided.After 9 weeks of different trainings, by comparing with blood gas indexes of 3 groups Yili horses in the 12 km test race before and after training, pH, BE, HCO3-, PvCO2, TCO2 value in venous blood all show a tendency of lowering and then rising.1h after, the test race relapses to the levels before the test, LAC, PvO2, SvO2, Glu, Hct, Hb all shows a tendency of rising first and then downward trend. before and after test race, the pH shows no significant difference(P>0.05) just in group C(75-85 kg increasing weight training), the groups of A(70 kg weight training) and B(85 kg weight training) all shows significant difference; before and after test race the Na+ shows no significant difference(P>0.05), the K+ of group B in 1 h after test is significantly lower than immediately after the test(P<0.05). The Ca2+ of group A in 1h after test is highly significant lower than before the test(P<0.01), the Ca2+ of group B in 1h after the test is significantly lower than before the test(P<0.05), the Ca2+ of group C in 1h after the test relapses to levels of before the test(P>0.05); after exercise the GLU, Hct, Hb all shows significantly higher than before the exercise(P<0.05), 9 weeks after the exercise the Hct、Hb value were significantly higher than before the exercise. To sum up, after training,Group C horses have better ability to regulate blood pH, showing better endurance performance; the K+, Ca2+ of group C relapses better after the game, and regulating ion exchange and transport capacity are better than the other two groups; the Hct and Hb values are also improved after the exercise, which indicates that training methods of group B and C can improve the proportion of red cells and oxygen carrying capacity in the blood of horses. In addition, the movement performance and endurance potential of horses can be improved accordingly.After 9 weeks training, test performance of three groups horses are highly significant higher than before the training(P<0.01), test performance of group B and group C are significantly higher than group A(P<0.05), compared with test performance before training, the group of A, B, C have increased by 26.33%, 31.71%, 29.97% after training; after 9 weeks training, heart rate in three groups horses are obviously lower than before the training, after 6 weeks training, heart rate recovery rate after 20 min of the test in group C is significantly higher than group B(P<0.05), after 9 weeks training, heart rate recovery rate after 20 min of the test in group B is significantly lower than group A(P<0.05), after 3 weeks training, respiratory rate of immediately after the test in group B is significantly higher than group A(P<0.05), after 6 weeks training, respiratory rate of immediately and 20 min after the test in group B is significantly higher than group A and group C(P<0.05), after 9 weeks training, group B and group C are significantly higher than group A(P<0.05). To sum up, weight training helps to improve athletic performance of horses; training performance of group B and group C are better than group A; after 9 weeks training, myocardium of horses to exercise, blood pump to enhance, heart rate recovery rate of 20 min after the test in group A and group C are better than group B; After the training, the oxygen uptake of group C horses have increased. To sum up, the results show that training effect of 75-85 kg increasing weight training is better than 70 kg and 85 kg weight training.
