| Forest harvester is an advanced equipment which includes logging,pruning,bucking and bunching.It is benefit for modern forestry development and ameliorating the problems from burning,silviculture and harvesting.As a key assembly of harvester,the performance of boom affects harvester working efficiency directly.The main object is CH135-8.3S harvester boom,the common structure and working principle were elaborated.Combined with structure design experience of foreigner advanced harvester,the structure design program of boom was formulated,the primary proofread were conducted on its intensity and rigidity,through design calculations and select the revelent components reasonably.Based on characteristics of boom,covension of different parts and different spaces of boom were realized by geometric method and D-H homogeneous coordinate transforming method.With Jacobi matrix solver,joints movement and power transmission relations were expressed.To further analyze the performance of boom,applying for SolidWorks,3D modeling of boom was built and machine assembly was completed.Combined with AutoCAD,two-dimensional engineering drawings were drawn.On the basis of modeling was imported to ADAMS and simulation analysis was made.The force under the no-load and full-load conditions was discussed.Several typical conditions were set by changing the pose relationship of main boom and jib.Simulation of operation was made according the kinetic theory,the correctness of the simulation results were analyzed based on the theory of statics.With the different positions of hinge point parameters of vice-cylinder,different programs were simulated and the results were compared.With the goal of cylinder and hinge point force reduction,optimum paremeters were selected so as to optimize the boom structure.Finally,the experiment were conducted in different postures and different performance ranges.The experiment data were compared and analyzed to verify the validity of the theoretical analysis and simulation.According to the actual needs of the project,the structure of boom was calculated and designed.The kinematics and dynamics simulation was made to verify the rationality of structure of boom and the validity of its performance.It provides reference and design ideas for later similar structural design.There is a very important practical value. |
