| Cornus officinalis is a traditional Chinese medicine with a long history.Cornus officinalis has good physiological activities such as antimicrobial,diureticantihypertensive,whitening and immunity.The national output is about 6000 tons/year.However,Cornus officinalis fruit is mainly used for Chinese patent medicines such asLiuwei Dihuang pills,and its consumption is limited,showing a situation that productionis larger than sales.In addition,the cost of Cornus officinalis fruit picking has increasedgreatly,resulting in a large area of abandonment in Cornus officinalis forest area,whichgreatly wastes resources.In view of the dilemma of cornel fruit resource utilization,thisstudy took cornel fruit as the research object,analyzed the chemical constituents of extractsand pyrolysis products of cornel fruit by means of modern analysis methods such as GCMS,DSC-TGA-DTG and Py-GC-MS,determined the active components of cornel fruitand explored the characteristics and rules of nano-catalysis of cornel stone to reveal thecornel fruit in food industry,biomedicine and bioenergy.Potential application of new waysin source and other fields to tap the maximum economic benefits of cornel fruit.The resultsare as follows:(1)The infrared absorption peaks of the extracts from the flesh of Cornus officinalis are mainly concentrated in the bands of 3500-3200 cm-1,3100-2700 cm-1 and 1150-850 cm-1.The infrared absorption peaks of Cornus officinalis seed extracts were mainly in the bands of 3700-3000 cm-1,3000-2850 cm-1 and 1690-870 cm-1.By GC-MS,the four organic solvents(ethanol,methanol,benzene/ethanol,methanol/ethanol)extracts of Cornus officinalis pulp were detected to have 23,19,18,24 chemical components,including 9 aldehydes and ketones,6 esters and 5 acids,including furfural,5-hydroxymethyl fural,maleic anhydride,oleic acid and vitamin E.Four kinds of organic solvents(ethanol,methanol,benzene/ethanol,methanol/ethanol)extracts from Cornus officinalis were detected and 71,48,37,33 chemical constituents were obtained.Among them,16 kinds of aldehydes and ketones,14 kinds of esters,10 kinds of acids and 6 kinds of alcohols and phenols were detected,which contained 3-fural,5-hydroxymethyl fural,DL-malic acid,pyrogallol,pinotriose and levoglucone.Isoactive constituents.(2)The results of TGA-DTG showed that the weight loss of Cornus officinalis flesh could be divided into two stages when the temperature reached 300 C.The final weight loss rate was 40%,and the weight loss rate reached its peak at 180 C.The weight loss process of Cornus officinalis was divided into three stages,the weight loss rate was 26.1%,and the weight loss rate gradually increased from 100 C.Py-GC-MS results of Cornus officinalis pulp showed that 210 pyrolysis products were obtained by pyrolysis at high temperature,which contained 5-hydroxymethyl furfural,DL-alanine,furfural,acetic acid,1,6-dehydration-D-pyran glucose and other chemical components.Py-GC-MS results of Cornus officinalis Nucleus showed that 218 pyrolysis products were obtained by pyrolysis of Cornus officinalis Nucleus at high temperature,including furfural,glycidyl,vanillin,Dalose,1,6-dehydration-beta-D-pyran glucose and other components.(3)Nano-catalysts have certain effects on the pyrolysis characteristics of Cornus officinalis.Under the co-catalysis of nano-Ag/Fe2O3,the pyrolysis rate is faster,the pyrolysis is more complete,and the pyrolysis process absorbs the most heat.249 compounds,including linoleic acid,palmitic acid,DL-alanine,isoeugenol,maltol,1,6-dehydration-BETHA-D-glucose,were detected.Cornus officinalis extracts and pyrolysis products are rich in bioactive molecules and have great potential in the fields of biomedicine,cosmetics,health care products,etc.Under the action of nano-catalysis,Cornus officinalis core can be used to prepare bio-energy,which provides scientific basis and technical support for the full resource utilization of Cornus officinalis,the sustainable development of Cornus officinalis industry and the rural economic revitalization in Henan mountainous areas. |
