Aesculus chinensis Bge.has beautiful appearance and water conservation.In the implementation of the National Reserve Forest Project,mixed or pure Aesculus chinensis forests have been planted on a large scale in Henan Province,which requires a large amount of funds for tending every year and does not produce benefits for a long time,resulting in difficulties in the management of forest farms or enterprises.Asculus chinensis Bge.abounds in Aesculus chinensis seed every year.Because Aesculus chinensis Bge.belongs to small tree kinds,there are few research results at present,which results in Aesculus chinensis seed being abandoned in forest areas,resulting in serious waste of resources.Aiming at the predicament of resource utilization of Aesculus chinensis seed,this study took Aesculus chinensis seed as the research object,analyzed the molecular components of Aesculus chinensis seed outer peel,shell and kernel extracts by GC-MS and FTIR,and determined the active components.The pyrolysis laws of Aesculus chinensis seed outer peel,shell and kernel were studied by TG,Py-GC-MS.The molecular composition of pyrolysis products was analyzed and the active components were determined.On this basis,the potential application ways of Aesculus chinensis seed in medicine,spices,cosmetics and other fields are explored,which provides scientific basis for the resource utilization of Aesculus chinensis seed,and has important significance for promoting the ecological construction of Shenlin Henan Province and the development of Henan forestry regional economy.The results are as follows:(1)Aesculus chinensis seed outer peel ethanol,methanol,ethanol/benzene,ethanol/methanol extracts were identified as 9 kinds,15 kinds,18 kinds,14 chemical components,and the ethanol extract contained Ethyl iso-allocholate,.gamma.-Sitosterol,Dodecanoic acid,3-hydroxy-,etc.methanol extract contains 2-Myristynoyl pantetheine,9-Hexadecenoic acid,Ethyl iso-allocholate,etc.ethanol/benzene extract contains Phthalic acid,butyl dodecyl ester,Pterin-6-carboxylic acid,2-Myristynoyl pantetheine,etc.ethanol/methanol extract containing 2-Myristynoyl pantetheine,Cucurbitacin b,25 desacetoxy-,9-Hexadecenoic acid,etc.Aesculus chinensis seed outer peel pyrolysis product was identified as 258 chemical components containing Glycidol,Heptanoic Acid,2-Butenoic acid,2-methyl-,(Z)-etc.(2)Aesculus chinensis seed shell thermal cracking product was identified as174 chemical components,including Guaiacol,Furfural,2-Butenoic acid,2-methyl-,(Z)-etc.Aesculus chinensis seed shell ethanol,methanol,ethanol / benzene,ethanol /methanol extract were identified 15 kinds,17 kinds,16 kinds,14 chemical components,ethanol extract containing DL-Arabinose,D-Mannose,Semicarbazide,etc.The methanol extract contains Acethydrazide,Guanethidine,Melibiose,etc.The ethanol/benzene extract has.beta.-D Glucopyranose,4-O-.beta.-D-galactopyranosyl-,Melezitose,Ethyl iso-allocholate,etc.The ethanol/methanol extract Contains.beta.-D-Glucopyranose,4-O-.beta.-D-galactopyranosyl-,Melezitose,Ethyl iso-allocholate,etc.Aesculus chinensis seed shell thermal cracking product was identified as 174 chemical components,including Guaiacol,Furfural,2-Butenoic acid,2-methyl-,(Z)-etc.(3)Aesculus chinensis seed kernel ethanol,methanol,ethanol/benzene,ethanol/methanol extracts were identified as 17 kinds,16 kinds,15 kinds,17 chemical components,respectively.The ethanol extract contained Melibiose,Melezitose,.beta.-D-Glucopyranose,4-O-.beta.-D-galactopyranosyl-,etc.The methanol extract contains 3-Hydroxy-2-methyl-4H-pyran-4-one,DL-Arabinose,Melezitose,etc.The ethanol/benzene extract contains Glycidol,2-Myristynoyl pantetheine,Levoglucosenone,etc.The ethanol/methanol extract containing Melezitose,Levoglucosenone,DL-Arabinose,etc.Aesculus chinensis seed kernel pyrolysis product was identified as 234 chemical components containing Furfural,2-Butenoic acid,2-methyl-,(Z)-,Medetomidine,etc.Aesculus chinensis seed outer peel,shell and kernel organic extracts and pyrolysis products contain a large number of bioactive components,which have potential application prospects in biomedicine,cosmetics,bioenergy and other fields;Aesculus chinensis seed outer peel,shell and kernel extracts and pyrolysis products of active ingredients,expensive,found new high-value utilization.The approach provides scientific basis and technical support for maximizing benefit of Aesculus chinensis Bge.,sustainable development of industry and rural economic revitalization in mountainous areas of Henan Province.
