Amorphophallus Blume bulbs are rich in Konja c Glucomannan(KGM),which has a wide range of applications, such as food, aerospace, pharmaceuticals and other fields and is therefore of high economic value. At present, the domestic and foreign markets have great demand for them, and the planting industry has become the main factor limiting the development of Konjac. The substantial increase in yield of Konjak is a problem to be solved. In this experiment,Konjac was used as a material, and several different shade ratios(25%,40%,50%,and 90%)were used to cover the black nets and shade nets of different colors(black net, green net, blue net,and red net). The growth environment, plant growth, photosynthetic characteristics,multi-leaf rate, incidence, yield and quality were studied. The best color and shading rate for shade net covering in Konjac cultivation was compared and applied for production. To enrich the Konjac high-yield cultivation mode provides a theoretical basis. The results show:1.The shading treatment significantly affected the environmental factors and growth conditions of Konjac growth, resulting in a significant decrease in temperature and a significant increase in humidity.Under the same shading rate, the temperature under the red net treatment is high, the temperature under the black net treatment is lowwer, and the humidity is opposite.Under different shading rates and shading treatments with different shades, leaf area, plant height, and leaf width significantly increased compared to uncovered treatments(CK).2.The medium shading treatment can increase the chlorophyll content and the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and transpiration rate(Tr)of Konjac leaves, but high chlorosis treatment resulted in a significant decrease in chlorophyll content and Pn.The chlorophyll content,Pn,Gs,Tr of leaves treated with different shade nets were higher than those of CK.3.The initial fluorescence(F0),the maximum fluorescence(Fm),the actual photochemical efficiency Y(II),the photochemical quenching coefficient(q L)and the electron transfer rate(ETR)of the plant photosystem II under medium shade ratio treatment were increased, not The photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ)decreases. The daily diurnal variation trends of photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)and electron transfer rate(ETR)were consistent, while the overall diurnal variation trend of Y(II)was opposite.Among them, the high shading treatment is the lowest at the peak of ETR,and the highest shading is at the peak of Y(II).The shading treatment can significantly increase the initial quantum yield(α)of Konjac leaves, significantly reduce the saturated light intensity(Ik),and the potential maximum relative electron transfer rate(r ETRmax)of the medium shading treatment is the highest, and the higher the shading rate, the lower the r ETRmax and Ik,the higher the α.In the daily change, when the ETR peaks, the ETRs of the treatments are CK> Green Net> Red Net> Black Net> Blue Net,and the Y(II)comparison of each treatment is opposite to that of the ETR.Ik and r ETRmax increased significantly under blue net and red net treatment, and decreased significantly under black net treatment.4.The shading rate of Konjac was significantly reduced under shading treatment. The higher of the shading rate, the lower of the leafy rate, and the high opacification rate of treated plants showed almost no multiple leaves.Moderate shading can significantly reduce the incidence of Konjac, and the incidence of excessive shading will increase.Medium shading rate different shading nets with different colors covered the Konjac leaf and the incidence rate was significantly reduced.5.Appropriate shading treatment significantly improve the quality of Konjac bulbs, increase production.Among of them, the quality index, single ball weight, and community yield under the 50% light-shielding rate were all higher, and the single ball weight and the community output increased by 13.31% and 38.94% respectively compared with CK.The content of glucomannan and soluble sugar in the red net treatment was higher, which was21.49% and 29.57% higher than that of CK,respectively. In addition, the single bulb weight, expansion coefficient and yield of the treated bulbs were the highest, which were51.09%,53.8%,and 106.21% higher than those of CK.Followed by blue network processing.Comprehensive comparison shows that the shade net has a medium shade ratio of about50%,and the red and blue nets have better coverage.
