Furazolidone,chloramphenicol,and malachite green have been used in aquaculture to fight bacteria and parasites,but have been found to cause cancer in humans and animals,and were banned worldwide in the last century.With the economic development,social progress and the improvement of people’s living standards and health care awareness,people’s demand for aquatic products is also increasing,and their quality and safety are also increasingly concerned,not only the focus of social concern,but also a part of the food safety supervision work of the government.Through previous studies on relevant literature,it can be seen that only by strengthening the monitoring of the source and circulation of aquatic products can the effective supervision of the quality and safety of aquatic products be realized.In this study,a large aquatic product wholesale market in dongguan city was selected as the source of investigation,and water products,market temporary water and transportation temporary water in the circulation link of the market were sampled by means of fixed-point random sampling detection and statistics.The samples were tested rapidly with the kit after pretreatment,and the positive results were tested again with LC-MS/MS.The fast detection card was used to detect the residue of furazolidone metabolites in fish and shrimp meat,the whole detection process required 60 min and the detection limit was 1 ng/m L.Chloramphenicol residue was detected,the whole detection process required 40 min and the detection limit was 0.3 ng/m L.Malachite green,recessive malachite green,crystalline violet and recessive crystalline violet residues were detected,the whole detection process required 50 min and the detection limit was 2 ng/m L.This research adopts the detection method of the experiment of furazolidone in water detection limit of 5.0 ng/m L,quantitative limit of 10.0 ng/m L,when the concentration of samples containing furazolidone is 10.0 ~ 60.0 ng/m L,the experiment added concentration of recovery is 70% ~ 120%,relative standard deviation 15% or less;Chloramphenicol detection limit of 2.0 ng/m L,quantitative limit of 5.0 ng/m L,when a sample containing chloramphenicol concentration is 6.0 ~ 20.0 ng/m L,the experiment added concentration of recovery is 70% ~ 120%,relative standard deviation of 15% or less;Malachite green detection limit of 0.5 ng/m L,quantitative limit of 2.0 ng/m L,the recessive malachite green detection limit of 0.25 ng/m L,quantitative limit of 1.2 ng/m L,when the concentration of samples contained malachite green is 1.0 ~ 10.0 ng/m L,the experiment added concentration of recovery is 70% ~ 120%,relative standard deviation 15% or less.Furazolidone and its metabolites were detected in 5 of 384 copies aquatic products of 25 common fish species,chloramphenicol was detected in 15 samples,malachite green was detected in 15 samples,but furazolidone and its metabolites were not detected in temporary aquatic products and malachite green was less detected,which proved that the residues of prohibited drugs in aquatic products in the market mainly came from Tangtou.Chloramphenicol was detected in 21 water samples,malachite green in 7 water samples and chloramphenicol in 12 water samples in 357 transit water samples.It can be seen that there are some cases of illegal drugs used by individual operators in the field of aquatic products circulation.Among the samples sampled from aquatic products,3 Mandarin fish detected furazolidone metabolites,6 Mandarin fish detected chloramphenicol,5 Mandarin fish samples detected malachite green,and Mandarin fish detected illegal drugs accounted for the largest proportion of all investigated fish species.This research covers other factors that may affect the quality and safety of aquatic products besides the origin of aquatic products.It also grasps the types of products with high residues of prohibited drugs in aquatic products and the situation that prohibited drugs will be added illegally during circulation.From the results,the products with high residues of prohibited drugs in aquatic products are freshwater fish,which are prone to use prohibited drugs in the business process.The government should strengthen the monitoring of freshwater fish and market management.
