With the continuous improvement of people's economic income and standard of living quality,coupled with the growth of awareness of food safety,food safety problems become part of people daily attention.Food traceability system,which is the most effective management tools in the field of food safety,is attracting more and more attention.However,the construction of food traceability system in China is far from completed.Many studies in this field have existed in the insufficient of automatic collection of information and the credibility of data.In this case,this paper will research on the real-time automatic acquisition technology of traceability data in the field of traceability application,and design a set of agricultural information acquisition system based on Internet of things.This research will draw on RFID and other Internet of Things technology to achieve the activity data for livestock farms,automatically collect weight data and video data of individual growth.Concrete research content is as follows:(1)Researched and designed the livestock outside activity monitoring module In order to be able to track animals in the farm of outdoor activity,combining positioning technology and wireless communication technology,this paper designed a livestock collar.By wearing in the neck of the livestock,the collar will complete the function of tracking and recording the livestock‘s movement,and on the basis of the data to calculate the amount of exercise.(2)Researched and designed the weight monitoring module In order to be able to monitor the growth of the body weight of livestock at the breeding stage,a livestock electronic scale is designed with the technology of individual identification and sensing technology.The dynamic weighing of livestock can be realized by this electronic scale.And weight data and individual identity information is uploaded and saved after binding.(3)Researched and designed the livestock growth process monitoring moduleIn order to be able to present the growth process of livestock by the video data,the monitoring points are designed in the farm field with the monitoring technology and individual identification technology.By identifying and recording the video and individual activity information of livestock activities,it can complete the separation of the individual activity video data from the video file.Through the design of traceability system in this paper,it is not only a good solution to the problem of automatic collection of real time data in the traditional building,it‘s also can improve the actual reliability of traceability information.
