Study On Modern Fishery Development In Doumen District Of Zhuhai City

Doumen District of Zhuhai City is located in the west of Zhuhai and the West Bank of the Pearl River Estuary,where the river water and sea water meet to form a unique zone of saltwater and fresh water.The climate is warm,the water flow is gentle,and it is suitable for the reproduction of aquatic organisms,forming a number of superior fishing grounds.The aquaculture of light and sea water is developed.According to statistics,in 2018,the aquaculture area of Doumen district is 190100 mu,the total fishery output is 236900 tons,and the total fishery output value is 5.356 billion yuan.The Zhuhai Agricultural Demonstration Area in Doumen district is one of the top ten agricultural demonstration areas in the Pearl River Delta,which mainly cultivates sea bass,Penaeus vannamei and other aquatic products.In addition,other breeding villages in Doumen district mainly breed tilapia,Macrobrachium rosenbergii,domestic fish,high-quality fish and other varieties.Starting from the management theory,this study sorted out the relevant theories of modern fishery development,summarized the research results of fishery development at home and abroad,studied the development status of fishery in Doumen District,its development characteristics and forms,refined the historical process of fishery development in Doumen District,and systematically expounded the development process and status of Doumen fishery.The results show that Doumen District,as a coastal area,has a long tradition of fishery production.The fishery in Doumen District has gradually completed the transformation from river and sea fishing to aquaculture,from no seedling raising capacity to a certain seedling raising capacity,from ordinary cultivation to characteristic cultivation of saltwater and freshwater.After entering the 21 st century,the fishery output value of Doumen district shows a fluctuating and rising trend,and the annual fishery output value accounts for more than 60% of the agricultural output value of that year.Doumen District has made good achievements in production,science and technology and management in order to develop fishery.Fishery production has been in a certain scale,and processing has begun to take shape.It has entered the transition stage from traditional fishery to modern fishery.Doumen district seizes the opportunity brought by the construction of modern agricultural industrial park in the whole province,and puts forward the construction of modern fishery industrial park with banana sea bass as theleading industry.It is of great practical significance to take the modernization of Baijiao sea bass industrial chain as the main starting point for the development of fishery modernization in the whole region,take the cultivation of Baijiao sea bass as the point,and put the processing and leisure tourism of Baijiao sea bass into a line,so as to drive the comprehensive development of modern fishery in Doumen district.At the same time,the study thinks that if we want to develop modern fishery in Doumen District,we will face some problems,such as the low level of fishery industrialization,the incomplete whole industry chain of fishery industry,the need to improve fishery infrastructure,the absence of fishery basic management,and the weak support ability of fishery science and technology,which restrict the development of modern fishery in Doumen district.After selecting the index,SWOT analysis method and expert scoring method are used to analyze the situation of the development of modern fishery in Doumen district.The conclusion is that Doumen district should adopt the growth development strategy.At the end of the paper,five policy suggestions are put forward to improve the level of fishery industrialization,improve the whole industry chain of modern fishery,guarantee the function of fishery infrastructure,strengthen the scientific and technological support of fishery industry,and improve the supervision system of aquatic products to improve the quality of aquatic products.
