Aiming at the problem of water right transaction price in Helan County modern ecological irrigation area, this paper systematically researched the water right transaction price and the typical drip irrigation project water right transaction price in Helan County modern ecological irrigation area.It is of great significance to the development of modern ecological irrigation districts and the continuous and efficient use of water resources. The main research results are as follows:(1)Through theoretical calculation and case analysis, the water right transaction price of the modern ecological irrigation area in Helan County,Ningxia was determined. The water prices at all levels are calculated as follows:the water rights transaction prices of the four main canals lining Tanglai Canal,Hanyan Canal,Huinong Canal and Xigan Canal are 0.37 yuan/m3,0.34 yuan/m3,0.44 yuan/m3 and 0.38 yuan/m3;the average water right transaction price of the lining Tanglai canal,Hanyan canal,Huinong canal, and Xigan canal are 0.45 yuan/m3,0.37 yuan/m3,0.39 yuan/m3,and 0.49 yuan/m3;after the installation of the integrated monitoring gate The water rights transaction prices of Tanglai Canal,Hanyan Canal,Huinong Canal, and Xigan Canal are 0.50 yuan/m3,0.58 yuan/m3,0.64 yuan/m3,and 0.60 yuan/m3,respectively;they can be obtained through high-efficiency irrigation and water-saving engineering facilities in the field The water right transaction prices of Tanglai Canal,Hanyan Canal,Huinong Canal and Xigan Canal were 0.72 yuan/m3,1.17 yuan/m3,0.75 yuan/m3 and 1.50 yuan/m3,respectively.In summary, the water right transaction prices of Tanglai Canal,Hanyan Canal,Huinong Canal and Xigan Canal in Helan Mountain are 2.04 yuan/m3,2.46 yuan/m3,2.22 yuan/m3 and 2.97 yuan/m3 respectively. The average water right transaction price of the four main canal linings in Helan Mountain is 0.38 yuan/m3,the average water right transaction price of the lining branch canal is 0.43 yuan/m3,and the average water right transaction price of the integrated monitoring and control gate is 0.57 yuan/m3.The average transaction price of water rights for irrigation and water-saving projects is 1.94 yuan/m3.The weighted water right transaction price calculated by Helan County based on the proportion of actual water consumption of each main canal section is 2.19 yuan/m3.(2)Through the optimization design method, the optimization plan and water rights transaction price of the typical drip irrigation pipe network system are determined.Taking the typical drip irrigation area in Yongxing Village,Ligang Town,Helan County as an example, the typical annual drip irrigation pipeline system takes the minimum annual cost as the objective function, takes the pipe diameter and lift as variables, and takes the nodal pressure, pipe bearing pressure, and pipe diameter as constraints. The nonlinear programming planning model is solved by the nonlinear programming method, and the optimal design plan with the smallest annual cost and the best diameter and head is obtained. After comparison, compared with the traditional economic flow rate method, the method of nonlinear programming and design is the most cost-effective,with many considerations and high sensitivity.Compared with the traditional economic flow rate method, the investment saved by the limit flow method is 3581 yuan, which is 2%,and the planning solution method can save 25320 yuan and 20%.Through case analysis,if the amount of water saved by the drip irrigation system is higher than that of the canal flood irrigation system, the income is greater than the cost of building a trading facility, that is,the cost of the drip irrigation facility, indicating that the transaction price is reasonable.
