| Central Document No.1 of 2020 stated that "supporting localities to build their unique agricultural full-scale industrial chains based on resource advantages,establishing and improving a mechanism for farmers to share the value-added benefits of the industry chain,forming competitive industrial clusters,and promoting the integration and development of development of rural industries." Zhongshan has superior geographical conditions,rich agricultural resources,developed water systems,and the scale of fishery production ranks at the forefront of the province.Therefore,it is imperative that Dongsheng Town,Zhongshan exerts its basic advantages such as location advantages and resource advantages,and accelerates the upgrade and development of the crisp carp industry.This thesis makes a statistical analysis of the current status of the grisp grass carp breeding,processing and sales in Dong Sheng Town,Zhongshan,and concludes that the following problems exist at the grisp grass carp industry in Dong Sheng Town,Zhongshan.Firstly,there is a single breeding mode for grisp grass carp,and the quality and safety system of grisp grass carp is incomplete.Secondly,the processing capacity of grisp grass carp is insufficient,and the cold chain logistics function is not obvious.Thirdly,the low-tech content of grisp grass carp,and insufficient investment in scientific research and development.Fourthly,grisp grass carp has weak marketing capabilities and low brand value and brand strength.Fifthly,The industrial structure of grisp grass carp is irrational,and the development of secondary and tertiary industries is weak.All in all,this thesis proposes that the development of the grisp grass carpindustry in Dong Sheng,Zhongshan must adhere to the principle of "government guidance,market players;ecological security,green development;scientific and technological innovation,integrated development;multi-party participation,farmers’ benefit",and start with five aspects,including breeding,processing,scientific research,branding,and integration of three industries.Takemeasures through the following aspects.First of all,improve the construction of standardized breeding bases and develop new breeding models.In addition,enhance the processing capacity of grisp grass carp and speed up the construction of a modern cold chain logistics system.What’s more,strengthen scientific and technological support and increase the scientific and technological research content of grisp grass carp.Besides,attach importance to the brand building of grisp grass carp and vigorously promote grisp grass carp products.Last but not least,promote the integrated development of production,sales,trade,industry and agriculture,and promote the integration and development of Primary,secondary and tertiary industries. |
