Research On The Development Strategy Of Grass Carp Industry In Jun’an Town,Shunde District,Guangdong Province

Since the reform and opening up,the economic situation at home and abroad has become increasingly complex,the market expectations for China’s agricultural development are not very clear.Due to the rapid development of agricultural technology,agricultural production has entered a high-density intensive cultivation mode,resulting in oversupply of output,this has led to a double-layer squeeze on agricultural development caused by the downward pressure on agricultural product prices and the rise in costs,resulting in slow improvement of agricultural quality and efficiency,difficulties in increasing farmers’ income and prosperity,and a slowdown in rural development process,seriously affecting the smooth realization of China’s agricultural and rural modernization construction goals.In order to comprehensively promote the transformation,upgrading,and high-quality development of China’s agriculture,the Party Central Committee has clearly proposed the development path of "promoting the integration of rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries".Building a modern agricultural industrial park has become an important starting point for promoting the prosperity of rural industries,optimizing the agricultural industrial structure,and promoting the deep integration of three industries.In response to the national call,Shunde District focuses on promoting the establishment of a provincial modern agricultural industrial park.The high-quality Grass Carp Industrial Park in Shunde District takes the establishment of a linkage mechanism between agriculture and the interests of farmers as a link,cultivates new rural industries and new formats,promotes the integration of advantageous agriculture,the three industries,and constructs a modern rural industrial system driven by enterprises,supported by talents,and supported by science and technology,in order to enhance the endogenous power farmers,accelerate the promotion of agricultural and rural modernization and lay a solid foundation.This study conducts a qualitative study of the development practice of the integration of grass carp production in Jun’an Town,Shunde District through research methods such as literature review,field survey,and semi structured interview,exploring the way to promote industrial innovation and development with a county perspective as an important carrier from point to surface.Based on the basic situation of the development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in the practice of the integration of the three industries in Jun’an Town,The main body of the integration of three industries is becoming increasingly mature,the support service system for the integration of three industries is diverse,and the development model of the integration of three industries is inclusive,the study analyzed four major practical dilemmas: the unbalanced development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries,the low enthusiasm of the participants in the integration,the poor benefits to farmers of the integration of the three industries,and the insufficient realization of the functions of the integration of the three industries,and analyzed the causes of the practical dilemmas: asymmetric supply and demand of the industrial system The benefits of integration entities are limited,the interest linkage mechanism is not sound,and agricultural versatility lacks effective development for analysis.This study points out that the focus of assisting the development of the three industries integration in Jun’an Town is still to enhance the internal coherence of the three industries integration,highlight the main endowment advantages of the three industries integration,consolidate the benefit linkage mechanism of the three industries integration,and assist in the effective development of agricultural multi-function.Namely,at the level of enhancing the internal coherence of the integration of three industries,it is necessary to highlight the core position of agriculture,lead the product to take a deep processing path,and create a local brand effect;At the level of highlighting the main endowment advantages of the integration of three industries,it is necessary to change traditional development concepts,strengthen standardized integrated management,and focus on market demand driven;At the level of consolidating the interest linkage mechanism for the integration of three industries,it is necessary to support and coordinate policies,organize supervision and maintenance,support talent teams,and ensure resources and technology;In terms of assisting the effective development of agricultural versatility,it is necessary to actively assist in agricultural efficiency enhancement,improve the effect of promoting agricultural income,attach importance to the development of local culture,and develop ecological green agriculture.Let the integration of the three industries of grass carp in Jun’an become a key practice to assist the local agricultural transformation and comply with the national call for integration of the three industries.
