| In recent years,nanomaterials have been widely used in all walks of life,promoting the development of the social economy and having an immeasurable impact on the environment.It also has an important influence on the growth of cerium in plants.Through literature review,it can be seen that most of the current experiments are about the influence of nanometer cerium and ionic cerium on a certain plant,but there are few studies on the influence of nanometer cerium and ionic cerium on the same plant.Therefore,it is of great significance to compare the different effects and mechanisms of nanoscale and ionic elements on plant growth.In this paper,vegetable cucumber was selected as a test crop,and the effects of different concentrations of nano cerium and ionic cerium on the growth and yield of cucumber were studied by means of hydroponics.The findings:(1)The application of nanometer cerium and ionic cerium has an inhibitory effect on the growth of cucumber,among which the yield of cucumber treated with 500 mg/L ionic cerium is the most significant.(2)Adding a certain concentration of nanometer cerium and ionic cerium promoted the total chlorophyll in cucumber.When the concentration was 10 mg/L,the nanometer cerium treatment had the strongest promoting effect,which increased by 40.71% compared with the control.Adding a certain concentration of nanometer cerium and ionic cerium can promote the photosynthesis of cucumber.When the concentration is 10 mg/L,the catalytic effect of ionic cerium treatment is the strongest,increasing by 53.53%.(3)Adding a certain concentration of nanometer cerium and ionic cerium can significantly increase the content of catalase in cucumber body,and the content increases with the concentration.The nanometer treatment has the strongest promoting effect when the concentration is 500 mg/L.Adding a certain concentration of nano cerium can significantly promote the content of malondialdehyde in cucumber body,and the ion treatment has the strongest promoting effect when the concentration is 10 mg/L.The inhibition of ion treatment was strongest at a concentration of 500 mg/L.The addition of nano cerium and ionic cerium of a certain concentration had no significant effect on the content of proline in cucumber.The promotion effect of nano treatment was the strongest when the concentration was 10 mg/L,and the inhibition effect of ion treatment was the strongest when the concentration was 500 mg/L.(4)Comprehensively compare the effects of adding certain concentration of nanometer cerium and ionic cerium on the vitamin C content,reducing sugar content,nitrate nitrogen content,total nitrogen content and total potassium content of cucumber.The concentration of 10 mg/L was the strongest promoting effect of nanometer treatment,and the concentration of 500 mg/L was the strongest inhibiting effect of ion treatment.(5)Cerium content in plants increased significantly with the increase of applied concentration.At a concentration of 500 mg/L,the nano-treatment had the strongest promoting effect,and at a concentration of1 mg/L,the nano-treatment had the strongest inhibiting effect.It shows that adding proper amount of nano cerium and ionic cerium can promote the growth and development of cucumber plants,with 10 mg/L as the optimal concentration.In general,the effect of low-concentration nanometer cerium treatment on cucumber was stronger than that of ionic cerium treatment,and the effect of high-concentration nanometer cerium treatment on cucumber was less than that of ionic cerium treatment. |
