Rice is one of the major food sources for many countries and its role is crucial to ensure national food security.Rice is rich in energy and nutrients,providing people with essential nutrients that are an important part of their daily diet.Silicon is considered an essential element in rice production,and the application of appropriate concentrations of rare earth cerium can promote rice growth and development,improve rice resistance,yield and quality,nutrient utilization efficiency,and improve soil structure.In this experiment,rice Dongfu 159 was planted in pots and foliar sprays of 60 mg·L-1Ce Cl3(expressed as Ce6),0.5%Si-TG(expressed as TG),0.5%Si-50G(expressed as 50G),0.5%Si-TG+60 mg·L-1Ce Cl3(expressed as TG+Ce6),0.5%Si-50G+60mg·L-1Ce Cl3(denoted by 50G+Ce6),to analyze the dynamic effects of silicon formulations and rare earth cerium on soil fast-acting nutrient content and plant silicon content of rice at tillering,gestation and maturity,and the effects of phyllosilicate content,phyllosilicate carbon content and dry matter phyllosilicate carbon content,yield and quality at maturity.The aim of this study was to reveal the regulatory effect of silica preparation and rare earth cerium on rice phyllosilicate through rational application,and to provide scientific basis for enhancing soil fertility and improving yield and quality in agricultural fields.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Spraying silicon preparation at a concentration of 0.5%and 60 mg·L-1of rare earth cerium can improve soil quick-acting nutrient content.Compared with CK,soil alkaline nitrogen content increased by 6.17%-20.58%,with the most significant effect of TG+Ce6 at the gestation stage;Soil fast-acting phosphorus content increased by 8.49%-20.92%,with the most significant effect of spraying 50G+Ce6 at tillering stage;Soil quick-acting potassium content increased by 6.46%-26.75%,with the most significant effect of TG+Ce6 at tillering stage;Soil effective silicon content increased by 12.18%-28.64%,with the most significant effect of TG at tillering stage.(2)Spraying silicon preparation at a concentration of 0.5%and 60 mg·L-1of rare earth cerium can improve the silicon content of plants.Compared with CK,the silicon content of leaves and roots increased by 6.88%-22.58%and17.41%-37.29%,respectively,with the most significant effect of TG+Ce6 at tillering stage;The silicon content of the stem was increased by 11.54%-28.28%,with the most significant effect of TG at tillering stage.(3)Spraying silicon formulation at 0.5%concentration and 60 mg·L-1of rare earth cerium could improve the carbon sequestration potential of phyllosilicate.Compared with CK,the leaf phyllosilicate content increased by 13.47%-28.75%,with the most significant effect of TG+Ce6 at tillering stage;The phyllosilicate content of the stem was increased by 10.25%-21.78%,with the most significant effect of 50G+Ce6 at tillering stage;The root phyllosilicate content increased by 17.42%-29.12%,with the most significant effect of TG at tillering stage.Leaf and root phyllosilicate carbon content increased by 17.24%-36.31%and19.55%,respectively,with the most significant effect of TG at the gestation stage;The carbon content of stem phyllosilicates was increased by 17.64%-43.64%,with the most significant effect of TG+Ce6 at the gestation stage.Leaf and root dry matter phyllosilicate carbon content increased by 37.25%-74.40%and 33.33%-62.50%,respectively,with the most significant effect of TG at the gestation stage;Stem dry matter phyllosilicate carbon content increased by 40.74%-70.37%,with the most significant effect of TG+Ce6 at gestation.(4)Spraying silicon preparation with a concentration of 0.5%and 60 mg·L-1of rare earth cerium can improve rice yield;improve some of the quality.Yield increased by 14.68%-17.35%compared to CK,with the most significant effect of50G+Ce6 at gestation;Effective spike number increased by 6.54%-10.00%,with the most significant effect of TG+Ce6 at tillering stage;Thousand grain weight increased by 6.19%,with the most significant effect of TG at gestation;All treatments had a non-significant effect on the number of grains on the spike and the percentage of fruit set.3.58%-6.08%increase in whole finishing rice rate,with the most significant effect of TG+Ce6 at tillering stage;The effects of all treatments on brown rice percentage,protein content and straight chain starch content were not significant.
