With the development of modern goose raising industry,the breeding model has begun to change to intelligent and large-scale.At present,my country’s goose breeding industry has problems such as backward facilities,high labor costs,and low industrialization.With the maturity of information technology,optimizing factory farming models,improving farming conditions,and promoting farming efficiency have become issues that urgently need to be resolved.Based on the current development status of the goose industry,this subject had designed a dynamic weighing system integrating automatic weighing and feeding monitoring.This system was based on the feeding position theory of the feeder,and a goose feeder suitable for this subject was designed on the basis of feeding detection,including the collecting tray,the feeding tray,the feeding cone,the feeding cylinder,the feeding cylinder Bracket,discharge port,feed port,collection port,sewage outlet,tray support and feeder support.In automatic weighing,radio frequency identification(RFID)and other technologies were mainly used to mark geese with electronic label foot rings,and the dynamic data of the geese when eating on the weighing platform was written and stored in real time,and transmitted by wireless radio frequency.To the upper computer Lab VIEW for processing,at the same time,it could be stored and displayed on the control side,and completed non-contact goose production information collection.Experiments showed that the system could effectively reduce the time of manual collection operations,realized the fast and accurated detection of the daily weight of the goose without stress,and provided real-time feedback on the eating situation.In order to meet the accuracy requirements of goose dynamic weighing,the efficiency of goose raising could also be greatly improved,and the labor cost could be reduced.The wired communication module was used to realize the control of the hardware functions of the lower computer and the data collection and algorithm optimization of communication between the upper computer and the lower computer for data transmission and reception,and the programming designed of the algorithm optimization to realize the automatic monitoring of the breeding parameters of goose breeding.The experimental results showed that the monitoring data based on this system shows that the error of static weighing was ±0.3g,and the error of dynamic weighingwas ±1.7g.After testing,the system was stable,the data was accurate and reliable,and it was suitable for the intelligent management of the goose industry.It provided a technical reference for the industrialization of goose industry and had certain application value.
