Optimization Of Clinical Treatment For Canine Non-canine Distemper Pneumonia

Canine pneumonia is the most common acute or chronic inflammation of the canine lungs and bronchi.Its clinical manifestations are respiratory disorders,high fever and extensive voided areas of the lungs.The disease seriously endangers the health of dogs and it will cause the animal’s death if not treated in time.The purpose of this study was to diagnose non-canine distemper pneumonia cases according to the characteristics of canine pneumonia,blood physiological examination,colloidal gold test paper and X-ray examination,and to optimize the comprehensive treatment scheme by drug screening of highly sensitive drugs.Highly sensitive drugs has been obtained for the treatment of the disease,so that the treatment cycle is significantly shortened.1 、 Based on the analysis of the incidence characteristics of canine pneumonia,it is concluded that the incidence of pneumonia in puppies and aged dogs is the highest,which is47.37% and 42.11% respectively,pneumonia is more common in small dogs(52.63%)and sex has little effect on the occurrence of pneumonia.The incidence season showed that the incidence of lobular pneumonia was 63.16 in spring and summer season,but less in autumn and winter,followed by greater lobular pneumonia 31.58.The most common symptoms of pneumonia in dogs are hyperthermia and anorexia.There are nasal secretions,serous or purulent nasal fluids in the development of pneumonia.The auscultation sounds in the lungs of the dogs with lobular pneumonia are enhanced or twisted.The lung auscultation tone of the dog with lobar pneumonia is wet rale.The disease is often accompanied by cough,retching and other symptoms.X-ray examination in dogs with lobular pneumonia showed that the X rays of the lobular pneumonia dogs showed a large number of spots in the lung field,various shapes of blurred shadows,mostly punctate,flaky or cloud flocculent,while the lobular pneumonia dogs showed a large number of spots.A dense cloud or nodular shadow.2、The blood routine examination of 19 cases showed that the total number of whiteblood cells,lymphocytes and granulocytes were increased.Among them,the proportion of total leukocyte increased was 94.74%(18 / 19),the proportion of lymphocyte value increased was 52.63%(10 / 19),the proportion of intermediate cell value increased was 10.53%(2/19),and the percentage of granulocyte increased was 57.89%(11/19).There was little change in the intermediate cells,and the percentage of the total number of red blood cells decreased was52.63%.X-ray examination of the infected dog showed that the X ray of the lobular pneumonia dog appeared in the lung field of the size,the shape of fuzzy shadow,most of them were punctate,flake or cloud flocculent,while the lobular pneumonia dog showed a large number of spots.A dense cloud or nodular shadow.3 、 The results showed that ceftriaxone sodium,cefazolin sodium,doxycycline,cefotaxime sodium and gentamicin were sensitive to the pathogenic microorganisms of most pneumonic dogs.The principles of treatment of canine non-canine plague pneumonia are anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory,stopping cough and resolving phlegm,preventing exudation,promoting the absorption and excretion of exudate,supporting therapy and symptomatic treatment.For pneumonia cases,it is suggested that highly sensitive drugs should be treated with drugs combined with conventional drugs.Nursing care should be strengthened in the course of treatment.
