The Dynamic Analysis And Developing Strategies On Forest Reserves Of Bole City

This paper mainly focuses on dynamic statement and the nature law of transformation of forest reserves in Bole city,it can provides reliable judgments,scientific standpoints and realistic foundations for the development of Foresting by measuring the forest resources and estimating the effect of managements.This paper makes a research on dynamic changing reasons of Forest Reserves in Bole city by comparing and summering data that comes from 1984 till now,pays attention on the whole process of transformation of storage of planting,replanting and harvesting,and on the structures of forest aging and planting,so as to seek the beneficial reasons of forest resources changes of Bole city zoning afforestation project,the project of returning farmland to forest and forest tree cutting and control definition,types and reasons are unfavorable species structure,change of land use,land reclamation,at the low level of ranger.In view of the above dynamic change question,the paper illustrates developing strategies of the Forest Reserves in Bole city by aiming the existed inner problems and characteristics of the current satiation of forest reserves.The solutions are: the echo development of ecological construction and industrial development;the more thoroughly reformation of the forest property system;the strengthening forestry engineering management;Strengthening responsibilities and ensuring technological measures.
