| Rice is in a very important position in crop production and processing.In more than 100 countries and regions in 197 countries around the world,different varieties of rice are grown.In recent years,with the steady development of China’s national economy,national living standards and The quality has reached an unprecedented height,people will no longer be satisfied with eating,but eating well,have a higher pursuit of rice taste and healthfunction,and special rice contains higher content of color than ordinary rice.Glycosides,because of their unique functionality,are widely used to eliminate free radicals in the human body,proliferate lutein,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,prevent diabetes,protect eyesight,etc.Therefore,the genetic improvement of special rice has become one of the hotspots in rice breeding.In this study,140 rice germplasm resources were used as test materials to analyze and analyze the content of anthocyanin,phenylalanine ammonia lyase,cinnamic acid-4-hydroxylase,anthocyanin synthase and other three related enzymes,and At the same time,the 85 SSR molecular markers present on the rice chromosome were used for population structure and genetic relationship analysis,and the GLM and MLM models in Tassel3.0 software were used for correlation analysis of traits and molecular markers in order to screen outsome anthocyanins and For rice varieties with relatively high levels of related enzymes,find the SSR sites associated with them,and further excavate excellent allelic variations andcorresponding carrier materials,It lays a theoretical foundation for breeding new rice vari eties with high content of anthocyanins using molecular marker-assisted selection.This study has the following results:(1)Through the analysis and analysis of the content of anthocyanins and three related enzymes contained in 140 rice varieties resources,the varieties with relatively high anthocyanin content,Heidao-3,Heinuo No.1,Hongnuo No.1,Black purple valley,etc;varieties with relatively high content of phenylpropionate ammonia lyase,hypoglycemic rice,black purple valley,Shangzhou stick,black rice spike,etc;variety with relatively high content of cinnamic acid-4-hydroxylase,Suihong Xiangxiang,Longxiangdao No.1,Zaohei 2,Red rice,etc;varieties with relatively high anthocyanin synthase content Huamang,Jingning No.3,Julou,Qiufeng,etc;black purple valley,black Youmi,7366,Fujiguang,Honggu,Honghu,Tiejin and other 7 varieties also have two varieties with relatively high enzyme content.(2)There is a certain correlation between the content of rice anthocyanins and related enzymes.The measured anthocyanin content of rice has a very significant positive correlati on with the content of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase,and a significant positive correlation with the content of cinnamic acid-4-hydroxylase and anthocyanin synthase;phenylalanine ammonia-lysis Enzyme content was positively correlated with anthocyanin synthase content,and significantly positively correlated with cinnamic acid 4-hydroxylase;cinnamic acid 4-h ydroxylase and anthocyanin synthase content were significantly positively correlated.(3)Through correlation analysis of 140 rice anthocyanin and related enzyme content phenotype data and 85 SSR marker sites,it was found that the thresholds of both GLM and MLM models are P<0.01 and are different A total of 47 traits reached significant correl ation,and the variation range of phenotype contribution rate was 2.11% to 15.32%(4)A total of 16 excellent alleles of anthocyanin and related enzymes were excavated from the detected marker sites,and some carrier materials carrying multiple excellent allelic variations were also excavated,such as red valley,red pearl Xiaoheimi and Huamang carry 3 excellent alleles,6B-7,Suihongxiang,Hesui098038,Yuanzi sticky rice,and Red Pearl carry 2 excellent alleles. |
