A color potato is a new type of the cultivated potato, its tubers rich in a large number ofanthocyanins, as an important source of natural pigments to be more and more attention.Potatoanthocyanins with good free radical scavenging, antioxidant activity, anti-mutagenic, anti-tumor,anti-fatigue and a potential anti-cancer compound. Potato anthocyanin biosynthesis is a verycomplex process in this process requires the participation of a series of related enzyme.Such as:phenylalanine ammonialyase, chalcone isomerase, chalcone synthase, flavanone-3-hydroxylase,dihydroflavonol-4-reductase, anthocyanin synthase and so on. But reported that there aredifferences in the different plants for the above related enzymes whether anthocyanin bioloyicalsynthetic key enzyme.This test is with a different color of tubers of potato clones and varieties as test material. Bydetecting potato clones (varieties) as well as different growth stages leaves, stems and tubersanthocyanin content, anthocyanin synthesis enzymes (PAL and DFR activity) change.To analyzebetween to color potato anthocyanin content and related enzymes (PAL and DFR activity) on thecorrelation in time and space. And then determined to control the color of potato anthocyaninsynthesis key enzyme and explore color potato anthocyanin synthesis occurred parts.By thetheoretical foundation for the development and utilization of molecular breeding for color potato.The main conclusions as follows:1. Potato mature after between differernt potato clones and between the differentorganizations of the same potato clones, anthocyanin content there are obvious differences inthe potato. Scilicet, potato anthocyanin accumulation space specificity.2. At different growth stages of the potato, anthocyanin content there are obviousdifferences.
