The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of three bacteria culture(Lactobacillus,yeast and Bacillus subtilis compound fermentation culture),Chinese herbal medicines preparation and three bacteria with Chinese herbal medicines mixture on the growth performance,immunity,antioxidant and anti stress ability of weaned piglets,so as to provide reference for the application and promotion of no anti feed additive in weaned piglets production in the future.This test is divided into two parts:Experiment 1:Condition screening of rice bran fermented by lactic acid bacteria,yeast and Bacillus subtilisIn this experiment,lactobacillus,yeast and Bacillus subtilis strains preserved in the Nutrition Laboratory of Yanbian University Agricultural College were selected.Rice bran was used as the fermentation substrate,and gradient test was designed.According to the number of viable lactobacillus,yeast and Bacillus subtilis in the culture after fermentation,the optimal conditions of three bacteria compound fermentation were determined.The results showed that the optimum conditions were 34 g of rice bran,55 mL of culture medium,15 mL of complex bacteria solution(Lactobacillus:yeast:Bacillus subtilis=1:1:1),35℃ and 48 hours of fermentation temperature and time.Under these conditions,the number of viable lactobacillus,yeast and Bacillus subtilis were 5.43 × 1010,2.23 ×1010 and 3.71 × 1010 CFU/g respectively.Experiment 2:Application of three feed additives in the production of weaned pigletsIn the experiment,80(Duroc*Landrace*Yorkshire Pig)three way hybrid weaning piglets were randomly selected with good body condition,same genetic traits,weight of(8.47±0.017)kg and 35 day of age.According to the principle of complete randomization,the piglets were divided into four groups,and four replicates in each group with five piglets in each replicate,and the proportion of male and female piglets in each group was the same.Piglets in the control group were fed basic diet,and piglets in the LYS group were fed basic diet+0.5%three bacteria culture,and piglets in the CHM group were fed basic diet+0.5%Chinese herbal medicines preparation,and piglets in the TBM group were fed basic diet+0.5%three bacteria with Chinese herbal medicines mixture(the ratio of three bacteria culture and Chinese herbal medicines preparation was 1:1).The pre-trial period was 5 days and the trial period was 42 days.According to the feeding management method of the farm,the piglets were refueled at 15,28 and 42 days after weaning.The results showed that:compared with the control group,(1)At each stage of the experiment,the ADG and ADFI of piglets in TBM group were significantly or extremely significantly increased,and the F/G was significantly reduced.(2)At each stage of the experiment,the apparent digestibility of various nutrients of piglets in TBM group were significantly or extremely significantly increased,and the apparent digestibility of CP of piglets in LYS group and CHM group were extremely significantly increased.(3)In the first stage of the experiment,the DR of each experimental group were extremely significantly reduced;In the second stage of the experiment,the DR of LYS group was significantly reduced,and the DR of CHM group and TBM group were extremely significantly reduced.(4)In the first stage of the experiment,the number of lactobacillus in the piglets of LYS group and TBM group increased significantly,while in the first two stages of the experiment,the number of E.coli in the piglets of TBM group decreased significantly.(5)The PLT content of piglets in LYS group and TBM group significantly increased,while the WBC and HCT content of piglets in TBM group significantly increased.(6)The concentrations of COR and CK in each experimental group decreased extremely significantly,the concentrations of ACTH in LYS group decreased significantly,and the concentrations of ACTH in CHM group and TBM group decreased extremely significantly.(7)The TP and ALB concentrations of piglets in CHM group and TBM group were extremely significantly increased,the TP concentration of LYS group was significantly increased,the UREA concentration of TBM group was significantly decreased,and the concentrations of ALT and ALP were significantly increased.(8)The IgG concentration of piglets in TBM group increased significantly,but there was no significant difference among other groups.(9)The SOD concentration of piglets in LYS group increased significantly,and its T-AOC and GSH-Px concentration extremely significantly increased,the concentrations of SOD,T-AOC,GSH-Px and CAT of piglets in CHM group and TBM group extremely significantly increased,while the content of MDA decreased significantly.(10)The GH concentration of piglets in CHM group was significantly increased,the GH concentration of TBM group was extremely significantly increased,and the concentration of T3 in TBM group was significantly increased,the T4 concentration of piglets in each experimental group were extremely significantly increased,and the SS concentration were extremely significantly decreased.In summary,three kinds of feed additives,including three bacteria culture,Chinese herbal medicines preparation and three bacteria with Chinese herbal medicines mixture,have better feeding effect on piglets than those of the control group.Compared with the feeding effect of three kinds of additives,it is found that the effect of three bacteria with Chinese herbal medicines mixture is better.
