| Food storage security is one of the important factors affecting food security.The loss in food storage in China is relatively serious every year.Drying the harvested food in time can reduce the loss of food in storage.Grain drying includes grain transportation,cleaning,drying and other processes.The current domestic grain drying process is often carried out separately,which seriously affects the overall efficiency of grain drying production,and it is difficult to ensure the quality of dried grain.Based on the grain dryer and biomass pellet fuel hot blast stove produced by an agricultural machinery company,this paper selects mechanical equipment needed for each process of grain drying firstly,then improves the existing hot blast stove to meet the production demand,then studies on the control principle of the system,and finally builds a grain drying system,which can realize the automation of the whole process of grain drying.At the end of the paper,the development prospect and optimization direction of the drying system is explored in order to provide a reference for other researchers in this field.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduced the research background and significance of this paper,analyzes the development of grain drying system at home and abroad,and briefly summarizes the research ideas of this paper.(2)Established the whole scheme of grain drying system,and selected the mechanical equipment which is needed for building the drying system.(3)Improved the design of the biomass pellet fuel hot blast stove,including the improvement of the pellet fuel burner and the heat exchanger.(4)The control of grain drying system is studied,including the analysis of drying process,the determination of drying process,programming of control program and design of control interface(5)Summarized the previous work and analyzed the optimization direction and development prospect of the system. |
