Grain safety storage is the first step of grain drying. Grain quickly drying need touse grain drying equipment,and in the grain drying process,the moisture line detection and control of food is the primary problem restricting grain drying systems.Due to the complexity of factors,the conventional method is difficult to realize the intelligent controlof grain drying process real-time detection of moisture and drying equipment.Therefore,the application of modern techniques and theoretical methods to detect grain moisture,grainmoisture detection solve grain drying equipment intelligent control system problems toimprove quality and economic efficiency in the drying process of grain,has very important significance.In this paper,grain drying process to Changchun Jida Scientific Instruments Ltd. independently developed grain moisture resistance line detector, based on the drying processby detecting moisture grain,drying machine drying control.In terms of hardware,the touchscreen to control the core,be collected by grain moisture meter moisture resistance,medium temperature acquisition, media and humidity acquisition. Delta PC using touch screencontrol and display,transmit control signals via a touch screen,run the dryer motor control,in order to achieve grain drying.According to the online,moisture content of grain drying process accurately, dryingcontrol this problem,on the basis of changes in the moisture content of grain, the development of a control system based on grain drying resistance method, the grain dryingcontrol. The main research contents are as follows:(1)The overall design of the structure and function of the drying control system.Corresponding overall structure including resistive moisture meter communicate with thetouch screen and the touch screen input and output module, collecting the moisture ofgrain,medium temperature,and humidity by moisture meter medium,thereby controlling theoperation of the dryer.The main feature is the real-time detection by moisture meter,intelligent control of the dryer.(2)Drying control system software design. Motor programming touchscreen internalcontrol system, the touchscreen is mainly responsible for controlling the moisture meterwork receiving moisture meter to send data and display the stored data,the control switc h output, etc.,the touch screen controls input and output modules work to control thedryer operation.(3)Installation and debugging of control system.Install according to the structure andsoftware program of above,and installation to debug and test of dryer.
