Abstract/Summary:
Corn is one of the important food crops,and its grain harvest is the most important link in the corn production process.However,there are very few special corn grain harvesters in China.Most of them are made of corn combine harvesters and replaced with corn headers.The problems of high seed crushing rate,low decontamination rate,and severe losses are common in China.Therefore,research on corn threshing damage is of great significance for solving the direct harvest of corn grains and improving production efficiency.The design and test of the low-injury threshing equipment of the corn grain harvester studied in this paper is to analyze,design,and optimize the key parts of the threshing machine to achieve the effects of reducing the damage rate of the grain,increasing the removal rate,reducing the cost,and simple operation.(1)Study on the mechanical properties of corn kernels:Analyze the structure of corn kernels and the effect of these parameters on threshing effect,so as to conduct comparative experiments to find out the stress situation and change rules of AK168 corn at different rotation speeds.(2)Design of corn threshing machine parts:through theoretical analysis of the collision of corn grains and threshing parts during the threshing process,and experimental verification methods,the threshing device is designed and optimized to obtain nails with greater flexibility and variable diameter Toothed drum structure,to get the best structure,complete the design of key components of low damage threshing device.(3)Test of threshing bench:By designing each part,assembling the test stand,testing with a single variable,comparing and exploring the impact of each part on threshing performance.Through the analysis of the test data,find the threshing elements that are beneficial to low damage.This study provides theoretical support for the research and design of low damage corn threshing device and corn direct harvesting combine harvester.
